This is my family’s go to Papa Johns. We have ordered several times from here with no problems. Tonight we had a huge order as we have a lot of family in town and needed something quick. We ordered online and waited in the store for about 20-30 minutes until our order was ready. Turns out we left 3 pizzas behind. We didn’t realize until we got home. Immediately we called and as soon as we got through the call was dropped, I called 4 separate times with the same problem. We drove to the store and I walked in and apologized for what happened and the guy working laid into me. He said this order put him behind all night and ruined his night. He told me if it happens again he’ll just void our order. I again apologized, explained we were coming from a funeral. He gave me my pizzas and I told him I’m sorry again, but that I think he needs to be kinder. He said “I don’t really care about your feelings. Next time you need to call before you place a big order.” I’ve placed several big orders here with no problem. When I explained I tried to call he said “well you must have called when we were busy.” This whole thing is ridiculous. When I asked for his name and a manager he just told me no. I will not be coming to this location again.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. We ordered since it’s the only pizza place close to us as we just moved to this area. Pizza was bland barely any meat on it . Ordered boneless chicken , it was dry no sauce at all. Save your money and buy elsewhere. I’ll just be picking up from northern lights. Delivery driver was kind and quick.

We received a pizza that had next to no toppings. It was thrown together and was ice cold. We call to ask what can be done and the manager told us we could get a credit for our next order. We wanted a refund or a replacement. He was so rude. I told him I wanted a refund. He got a horrible attitude and said he wanted his pizza back then. He wants to send a driver out in the snow to come get this pizza. Like sure come get “your pizza” its not edible. I just can’t believe this qualifies as pizza or customer service.

I will never order from papa johns again….! First I couldn’t order online for whatever reason, so I had to call in the order the gentleman that took the order was in a hurry to get me off the phone. An hour and 30 minutes later I call to ask about my order to be told “it should be there in time”. Well a papa John’s car drove by twice and then came back by 10 mins later. Our food was lukewarm at best. So so disappointing.
