The “manager” on duty tonight was VERY rude. She did not greet me when I walked in and approached the counter with a complete attitude. She was not accommodating at all and would not even attempt to assist with the mishap that happened. I would have excused her behavior had I not witnessed her be be completely nice and accommodating to the people that were in front of me. I will NEVER go to this Papa Johns again I don’t care how convenient the location is. I FULLY believe I was treated this way because I am black! When I asked to speak with her boss, she said he was “out of town.” What a convenient LIE!

Showed on its way for 40 minutes then delivered to the wrong house. Then they re delivered the food but missing half the order. We ended going down there to get the rest of the order and then they tried to charge us again for the missing food! This store is a complete cluster and the teenage girl running the register is dumber than a box of rocks. We will never order from Papa John’s again.

Kinda sad this go around with Papa Johns. We ordered one medium pizza and one large. We wanted them both well done (sometimes it can get kinda doughy) and it was extremely doughy. It was still eatable tho so we went along with it. We had ordered on the app, for 4 garlic sauces, 3 ranches and some pizza sauce. We didn’t get any of them. Kinda disappointed because we did pay for them and when I tried to call it just rang and rang and rang.

I usually love Papa John’s, but I have had several issues with this location. I have filled out the feedback surveys and have never been contacted to have anything corrected. The pizzas come out inconsistent and customer service has been poor. This would be a 4-5 star review if they would correct their mistakes and take care of the customers.

Recently I placed a large order here for a last minute family get together. I was stressed and overwhelmed to get things done at the last minute. Walked in to get my order and was struck by the kindness of the staff. The food was piping hot, they offered to carry the pizza’s to my car, and even offered to lend me a pizza carrier to keep them warm when I mentioned i was grabbing the food on my way home and my house was another 20 miles away. The pizza was delicious and perfect. We had a great night and the food ended up being one of the easiest parts. I will order from here on my way home more often. It hard to find places that still believe in offering top notch customer service.
