frustrated that we ordered 2 2 liters of pepsi zero. My sister in law came in to pick it up for us on her way to our house. She was not given the 2 liters. She went back in and they gave her 1 2 liter of pepsi. We do not drink pepsi. So I had dinner with no drink. As you all well know, soda goes great with pizza. It ruined the whole meal and our pizza night.

That store used to be great, but lately the service has been slow and the staff has not been very friendly. I’ve had to wait a while for my orders and the delivery times have been inconsistent. Additionally, the DoorDash drivers also seem to be having trouble with the wait times. I hope the store can improve its service soon.

I ordered the Shaqaroni pizza for delivery and received a large pepperoni, The pizza was clearly way too small for the extra large box. When I called to let the manager know She had said she knew exactly what pizza I was talking about, she said she was supposed to stretch the dough more and she did not so the pizza shrunk. She then told me that if I wanted her to she could make the pizza the way it was supposed to be? After spending $70 yes I would like my pizza how I ordered it!! Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.

Don’t waste your time or your money at this place. I ordered a pizza from here on Grubhub and waited an hour with it still not being delivered. Messaged the person making the delivery and she said that they kept pushing my order back for 30+ minutes. Tried calling the store and they have it set up to an automated message saying the store is closed when it isn’t. -10/10 store

If I could give no stars I would. Not sure who works in the call center for placing orders but they need to be replaced. How is it possible that asking the representative to repeat my order would cause them to place me on hold and force me to repeat my order again to another representative and then be placed on hold yet again to just sit there and have no one pick up?
