Why is the delivery fee not a tip for the driver? It doesn’t really make any sense asking me to pay more to the driver to make up for your lack of payment. Still going to be getting food from here, but asking me to tip the driver when the delivery fee is not a tip just seems rather exploitative.

The woman that greeted me had A+ people skills so plus one star. The product quality and store function was poor. I ordered online. Site said 20 to 28 minutes by email. I opted in for txt notice. Pizza was done in probably half that time. No notification! So what are you doing with my phone #? I arrived to find the store looked closed on a Saturday night. They store product for pickup on an open shelf. Even little Cesar’s has a warming box. It’s only a 5 minute drive. Pizza was cold. Dough was chewy and raw in places. There were probably 4 pieces of steak. Very expensive for two large, nearly 40$. Little Cesar’s will be my next choice. Could have gotten 4 premium pizzas and wings for that. Papa johns used to be top dog. THE PIZZA. Now its just sad. Is this what happens when you fire your CEO that built the company because of your religious beliefs? Not going back. Ever. Good luck woman who greeted. You should start looking for work elsewhere. When a place closes, you can no longer use them as a reference.

So I ordered a pizza on the app today. I don’t get paid until tomorrow and I used the money that I had on this pizza in the app. The systems were down I guess and they didn’t even get my order. No one contacted me about it because I guess they couldn’t. But now I don’t get lunch today because I don’t have anymore money and it will be a few days before the money comes back… I know it wasn’t the employees fault. They were fine.

I absolutely refuse to order from Papa Johns. They use a service for phone orders that will try to upsell every single item, repeat the order three times, not use any deals and will not tell you how long the wait is until you pay for your order. A simple order of 2 pizzas exactly the same I was on the phone for 15 min. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
