Pizza was fine. It was cheap and fed a crowd. I picked up the pizza, and when I went in, they said it was still in the oven. I waited 10 minutes and then I was handed an order that was sitting on a shelf. Nothing new came from the oven, rather than ask me to speak up or re-say my name they just let me wait until the other orders were picked up and realized that they must have miss- heard me. It was a little annoying.

My husband loves Papa Johns, so we ordered pizza, breadsticks, boneless wings, and Oreo bites for our Father’s Day dinner. I submitted the order online at 4:13 pm. It said our order would be delivered between 4:55-5:05 pm. Once 5:05 rolled around, I checked online and it said it was still being made. I checked again at 5:15 and it said it was on it’s way and would be at our house by 5:33. Around 5:20, it kept increasing the delivery time even though it said “ON ITS WAY” online. I then decided to call around 5:30, and they said “oh I think it just went out the door.” I said “are you sure? Because it has been saying on its way and I don’t want a cold meal.” And the person on the phone said “oh wait, it’s actually on the line being made right now.” And I said “so it’s not on the way?” And they said “wait, yes it’s on the way. The driver just left.” And I said “okay, I don’t mind if it’s a little late as long as it’s not cold.” They said “oh it won’t be cold, the driver keeps their car warm.” …in the middle of June? An excuse, okay, whatever. It finally showed up around 5:45 (keep in mind, I ordered at 4:13 and live 10 minutes from the location). The pizza was cold, the wings were freezing cold and had no sauce on them (ordered buffalo), the breadsticks were cold and hard, and they did not send the Oreo bites at all. I called to speak with the manager and they were “too busy” to speak with me. The person on the phone said they could make it all again and send it (ha! And wait another hour and a half? No thank you.) or they could give me a store credit. I went with the credit, but they didn’t tell me how much until I asked. They credited me for a large pizza (maybe $12?) when I ordered $42 worth of food, that was cold, and did not even receive one of the items. Super disappointing. I will not be ordering from this location again. Hopefully my credit carries over to another store!

I just ordered within the last hour of posting this review, 1/4/23….pizza was half baked. The center was soggy as all get up. Puke. The order was fast. It wasn’t even worth going back to get another pizza. Y’all need to do better! I’m staying away from this location. $27 wasted!

Ordered carry out. When we got there employee smoking in front by entrance. Cashier looked very dirty and disheveled. Brought our 3 pizzas home and they weren’t hot but barely warm (we only live 7min away and left to pick it up 5min after ordering) and they tasted old. Two of the pizzas barely had any sauce. My 3 year old who loves pizza and was very hungry wouldn’t even eat it. Will not go to that location again.

This location has the worst service around; no wonder we don’t order from here more. Placed a mobile order at 6pm and an hour and a half later, called to check on the status and they said they cancelled the order without even notifying us and for no reason that the “manager” or lack there of; could give us. The manager wouldn’t even disclose his name, coward. Now I have two hungry kids that had their heart set on Papa Johns for once. Never again from this location….

Made an online order last night for contact less delivery. Other than it being aboutn15 minutes later than the delivery time, I had 3 cold pizzas and 4 missing items. Called the store, very poor customer service, was told that the “manager” will give me store credit for the missing items and would not send them back out. I absolutely will not use this location again.

A few days back my cell phone fell out of my jacket and into the street as I got in my car and drove away from a students home. Shortly thereafter a driver from this location was delivering a pizza in the same neighborhood saw my phone, stopped to pick it up and actively sought its owner. I havent had the pizza here because I dont live close, but the employees are honest. That says a lot nowadays. Thank you.

Wow…I was hung up on twice for talking in an angry tone (her words) for my pappadilla and cheese stick order taking over an hour and and half. I did not curse, I was unable to explain my frustration…I was cut off numerous times then hung up on. When I called back I was told: the app was wrong, they’ve done everything they can; stop calling.
