GARBAGE COMPANY. Ordered pizzas from Watson 63119. Received the order “confirmation” via email. 90 minutes later after the estimated delivery time still no pizza and zero updates. Had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes to figure out where our order was. We cancelled immediately, oh but it was still wasn’t made anyways. AVOID

This papa John’s is always on point. Seriously. I eat here a lot because it’s always a great experience. Always hot, always quick(less than 15 minutes usually ), and the staff is great. A lot of the time when I pickup, they see me coming to the door and already are grabbing my pizzas because they know me lol Point is…place is great. I eat at this papa John’s 1-2 times a week.

What in the entire world is going on! This store no longer has a visible menu and requires you to ONLY use an app to place an order! You can’t get a special offer unless you place the order online! They don’t understand that not everyone wants to be digital especially not senior citizens! They lost almost a $200 order today due to this dumbness! Ordered two large pizzas for pick up. They were made quickly and I was texted when they were ready. When I pulled up, I saw a lot of people in the lobby, but the workers were very organized and easily separated those picking up from those ordering. Wonderful experience and great pizza! Thank you!!

We eat here often. It really is good classic pizza it’s one of my sons, 5 and 3, favorite pizza after Imos of course. The price is always good to especially the online Papa Pick-up deal. It would be cool if they would open a location with dine in, my kids always want to go in and eat and we have to tell them we can’t.
