Joke of a location. I’ve had an account for a decade. Switched phone numbers last year and didn’t update in their system. Have had 20+ deliveries since then with no problem. Tonight, in broad daylight, the driver would not come to my door despite me sitting out front waiting for them unless I answered the phone call. I called the location and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Called back and they said they couldn’t deliver without me answering the phone. Even though they’ve done so 20 times. Bad service, bad management.

It took me calling the store manager option to finally get some information and it seemed like they were just now becoming aware of my order and said it would be delivered in a half hour. Customer service here both times has been awful. There’s no greeting when you come in and they seemed annoyed that you’re there. Also for the first time I had a tip amount place in that I didn’t place. I ordered online and didn’t put a tip because I was gonna tip at the the store but when I put my card in it didn’t even give me the option to choose a tip amount to tip. Next thing I know I look at my receipt and a tip not chosen by me was showing which makes assume that the cashier put that tip amount manually hoping I wouldn’t notice. Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered food at 730pm. After an hour started calling. Hung up on 4 times or immediately placed on hold for over 20 min. My husband stood in lobby for an hour waiting for them. Another driver showed up and said she didn’t know. Tried to call and couldn’t assist. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting for our prepaid food we gave up. Worst service ever.

Put my order in at 2:55pm called at 4:04 pm this lady wanted to tell me my order came in at 3:30pm when the email confirmation is time stamped for 2:55pm and all she said was your order will be the next out so I told her my order better not be old I want a FRESH PIZZA for all the time Im waisting waiting for this pizza. It really should have been free at this point. Terrible service. Will never order from this location again. All this time I waited I could have picked it up. & the pizza better be right or I will update this review with exactly how it showed up!

Didn’t want to give it 1 star. I got the wrong pizza after waiting an hour. I sent that back another hour goes by, finally the right pizza comes. The driver took my $37 pocketing my money, not telling me it was free. When I asked for a refund, I was told they could only replace it. What I look like giving a driver a $37 tip? Don’t order from here, bad service and they scandalous.

Starving!! Bf and I hanging in STL for the weekend we decided to book Hotel St.Louis Autograph Collection and while out and about we noticed Papa Johns close to the hotel and after a day out shopping and checking out the city we wasssss hungry thinking pizza would be quick we called in an order for delivery, welp 🙁 we were in one piece and some breadsticks. They said it would be up to 15 minutes which we get. It’s pride weekend it’s busy we wait. We even went down to the lobby after 15 minutes instead of waiting down there thinking they would come any minute no we called. They said it was out for delivery so we waited some more now it’s been two hours and we waited on hold for Customer service for over 45 minutes and still no food called the store a papa johns employee said “oh ,we tried to DoorDash that pizza and they never came so we would have to remake that for you.” No call no email wow.

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the young man handling the register was actually nice. The problem was that this was a simple Uber Eats order that they had gotten wrong. It was just supposed to be a gluten free pepperoni pizza but what I got had mushrooms & sausage in addition to the pepperoni. I hate sausage, so I brought it to the store to be swapped. While waiting, I could see what the problem was. There’s no professionalism there; just a bunch of kids playing around, listening to loud music on their phone, cussing, play fighting, etc. The cashier (who I think was also the manager) was the only one who seemed to take his job seriously. I actually felt bad for him. He might as well have been running a daycare.
