Delicious, fresh, and fulfilling. It describes this pizza in a instant. However, one 14” pizza, one order of breadsticks, and delivery with Uber eats will set you back a solid half a bill. Being single isn’t what it use to be….now. If I had know they offered delivery I would have felt much better about the situation!

We’ve ordered from this location at least a dozen times with only minor issues, but this last order was absurd. One pizza was covered in onions when they were not requested and the other pizza was under-cooked. Before the pizza arrived I received a ‘we’re sorry’ email that gave me a half-off coupon, suggesting they knew something was wrong but did nothing to fix it.

Well….3 STARS for a mixed review. Most of the time a quick order of a pizza, some bread sticks and a fresh baked brownie is delivered pretty quick. HOWEVER! Tonight the store completely dropped the ball by having a clueless DoorDash driver show up with less than half of my order. I could go on and on about poor phone etiquette, terrible attitudes and gawd awful customer service skills but why bother….Once I went to the store and picked up what wasn’t delivered, we ate it, it was good and I’m full!

I can not possibly give this store a low enough rating to reflect how absolutely horrible the service is. After the initial order was delayed twice to beyond TWO hours for just two pizzas, I finally went to the location. The only explanation I received was that “We only have 4 people working.” It does not take two hours to make two pizzas. Either Papa John’s needs to spend just a little of their profits and actually hire some people, or they simply need to close down due to an utter lack of ability to conduct their simple day-to-day operations.

I see some negative reviews a few months back. Maybe they were under staffed like most of the county is. Anyway, my experience was great. My food was delicious, accurate, and done in 10 mins. I also got a great discount. I love Papa John’s!!! I’ll keep coming back

I didn’t have a sealed sticker that they require to have! I called up there got hung up on then called back and told them it wasn’t sealed they apologized and that was that they didn’t try to fix anything I’m not one to complain I love papa johns I order all the time at least twice a week and the lady sounded snobby! Not best customer service but still good pizza! And should have delivery driver not Uber!!!

Pizza is perfect BUT, at least one employee was not wearing a mask. I didn’t realize till it was too late and paid for. Had I realized sooner I would have canceled my order. Just like playing Russian roulette with a deadly virus.

I order 2 large papperoni pizza and waited and waited for delivery and my son looked out the window and notice the pizza was left on the floor by the door. The delivery driver/ person NEVER KNOCK ON MY DOOR the pizza was super cold and did not look fresh. I was feet away from that front door waiting for the delivery guy to knock on the door!!!!!!! I called the store to complain and the woman who answer the call said what did I want her to do as the driver was from Doordash . I did not order from them, did not made that selection. My order was place on Papa Johns’ websit so the store should have taking action and make it right. Next time I will take my business elsewhere!!!!!!

Ordered a well done pizza today around noon and went to pick up my pizza and the crust was burnt all the way around to the point it was inedible. Luckily, I looked at it before I left and said it was too burnt. He offered to make it again. Only thing is he handled my money and continued making a pizza without washing his hands. I then asked for a refund.
