One star isn’t justice for their service. Every time I have ordered from this particular papa johns it has taken them over 2 hours to prepare my order. They do not offer a discount for my next order or show any concern about it either… Worst Papa Johns.

I really like Papa John’s pizza and am extremely appreciative of delivery, but the last couple times I’ve gotten my food it has been cold. It says it will be delivered in 34 minutes, but the last time it took over an hour. It sucks to wait that long and have cold food delivered.

Went around 10/11 pm last night. (11/1/21) went to pick up my pizza it was supposed to be pepperoni I even had a receipt and he gave me a cheese pizza I told him about the mistake and showed him the receipt and he told me it wasn’t his problem. Pretty much called me a lier and didn’t even wanna make the correct pizza. Didn’t even offer me a refund. customer service was a zero out of 10. Very rude. He was an older guy didn’t catch his name

The only reason they received one star is because there wasnt a slot for zero. After waiting over an hour for delivery, my order was wrong. I called to complain/correct the matter and i received lies and attitude from the beginning, from the manager at that. Very poor customer satisfaction and customer service. Then after going back and forth a while, she finally tells me she can correct my order and have it sent out but it would take a while because they were very busy, I said fine. 10-15 minutes later she calls again and says she forgot to tell me that in order to do that, she would have to collect the old pizza. During this pandemic you mean to tell me you want to collect a pizza back? I told her she could have what was remaining and she declined. After waiting over an hour my kids were starving and had already began to eat the pizza. I have never encountered such attitude and just not caring about the customer at all. I usually purchase elsewhere and this just showed me why. Everyone makes mistakes but being a business/franchise you have to be able and willing to correct those mistakes. Im highly disappointed in Carbondale Papa John’s tonight.

Food is always a go to but for some reason when I ordered my usual this time it took a little over an hour and when I got my order the pizza was completely wrong. After calling back and receiving a new one it was the right one topping but gluten free which in my opinion did not taste good. It’s extremely disappointing since dominos is again one of my top go to’s but will not lose a customer.

For the past 15 years papa johns has delivered to me. Now they say I am out of there area. We love there pizza, but now they won’t get any business from us because they will not deliver to us. Sorry for the bad review, but this is crazy during these times when you would think they would need all the business they could get.

Not really impressed with this location. The pizza was not even cut, but did at least taste good. Also, you can add pepperoncinis and be charged for them but they will refuse to put them on the pizza as a topping if you request them to do so..

This will be my first and last experience with Carbondale Papa John’s. We called at 11 for pizza to be delivered at 1230. We were told that was perfect. The delivery was 20 minutes late, and when we called to check on the delivery both Zack and Kyle abruptly hung up the phone without explaining why the delivery was late. Very unprofessional, and unacceptable.

I have had to call twice with an issue with pizza. When I called because there was little to no sauce on my pizza, I ordered it with extra sauce. When I called Ethan answered and proceeded to tell me he put extra sauce in my pizza while being rude. I wish I could post a picture of the “extra sauce pizza” I was sent.
