Pizza was good, hot and ready when I got there.. When you call in a pizza you get a middle Eastern phone center. Couldn’t hardly understand him. And he got my pizza topping backwards on the pizzas. WAS NOT the stores fault. It was the stupid call center. The store did fix the problem and the lady was sorry about it. She said they have had alot of complaints about the call center.

I ordered a buffalo chicken papadita. It had things on it that were not supposed to be in it . Including the longest hair I think I’ve ever seen with fuzz on it. I immediately felt sick seeing that . I had a ranch cup put on the order also and instead they brought me a garlic cup. This order wasn’t good at all. Normally it’s a very good food but on this day it was awful

We ordered the cheddar garlic knots, chicken Parm bites and a pepperoni pineapple pizza with extra pineapple and it barely had any pineapple to begin with. The cheese on the garlic knots was burnt and the knots were burnt as well. The crust on the pizza was burnt.

Delivery drive was hearing impaired. My son was at the door to pay. Our total was $28.00 I did not have any change and gave him $40:00. The driver indicated he only had $4.00 dollars. Tried to explain I wanted $10 back and he raised open hands and held out the $4.00. This pizza was not worth a $12.00 tip.

I ordered from them and was having it delivered. They marked it as delivered and when I called they said he knocked and called my phone. I never got a phone call and no one knocked on my doors. Called them again and they said the driver been there twice and no one answered. Which is funny cause I was watching the driveway and listening for someone to knock. Very disappointed with the customer service. Taking my business else where.

I don’t know who does the hiring, but keep up the good work. A most friendly girl took my order, and we even chatted a bit. And then, even though it was contactless delivery, the young man who brought my order waited, off the porch until I came to the door to make sure I knew he had left my food, so “it would be fresh”. And by the way, it was delicious. I am addicted to the Papadilas. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The food was good but the phone service is bad! It’s a call center with delayed speech and will hangup. I tried to call 30 mins ahead 3x times, I even placed the whole order but when trying to confirm it hungup again. I ended up going in and waiting 15 more minutes but the order was never turned in but I was told to push 5 for a direct line to the store. Definitely do will next time.
