Where’s the CHEESE! I love you pizza bowls, but truly a few bread Stix would be fun with it. I ordered the meat ball cheese pizza w/ extra cheese and got less cheese than the regular amount (, and you should upgrade the meatball meat, it taste like cheap imitation and was not good. Price to high for quality of food

Been ordering delivery from here for the past 2 weeks tipping $8-10 card and cash, today I received the garlic parmesan breadsticks and the sauce was just poured so heavily ontop that it was souped in the box and when I opened it, it spilled onto my table. I called and the manager says “okay what do you want me to do about it” how about you come over and take some of your disgusting garlic parm sauce back pay $40 for soggy bread and a mess edit:and they forgot my cheese… so soggy greasy bread and no cheese yum

I had to wait a few extra minutes for my pizza because they only had 3 people working and there was a line. Absolutely no problem, understandable in todays climate. A few customers were not happy and as I was sitting watching, the way the employees were treated by the customers was absolutely saddening. I told them as I left and I wanted to reiterate, they were doing an amazing job. All three of them were working their tails off and earned every dollar they got for their work. My food was perfectly cooked. The gentlemen at the front counter was extremely nice even after all the negative comments from other customers previously. I hope they see this. And Papa John’s, I hope you understand that these great employees are furthering your business and i would encourage doing everything in your power to retain help like this. As great employees are a rare commodity as of late.

I normally love this place, been my favorite for years!! but the last few times I placed an order for delivery they never showed up… no call, no text, no email… NOTHING except the grumbling stomachs of me and my friends waiting and waiting…. and waiting … and more waiting til 3am!! I am not pleased… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED…gonna have to reconsider where i order my pizza from mow on i guess!

Second time ordering in the last month at the Quincy IL location and was disappointed for the second time. Garlic sauce was open before we got it so the pizza was soggy and the pull apart cinnamon bites were dry and crispy. Left sitting on the oven a bit too long. And no one will answer the speak to a manager option. Guess I’ll call tomorrow. $50 79% wasted. Cheese bread was okay.

Trying to order on the website was difficult. I finally accomplished that task. For some reason I was never sent an email telling me the pizza was ready. Is this normal? Then when we got to the store we were treated rudely like we were taking up their valuable time. Is this also the norm now? Papa John’s used to be our main go to for pizza. Sadly, not anymore!

We order 75 dollars worth of pizza and wings. The delivery was fast and the employees were polite. When we received the pizza. One of the pizzas was underdone. It was supposed to be half mushroom and half pepperoni and only one slice in the whole pizza was missing the mushrooms.the pizza was clearly sloppy made and undercooked. I called the store and spoke to a manager and he was very nice and understood why I was upset about the pizza. I expected more from them since the pizza was so expensive and he agreed and told me he wants to make it right and he needed to call his gm. I was staying at a hotel and traveling so I couldn’t accept a new pizza at a later date. He put me on hold and called his gm. And when he was done he told me he couldn’t do a partial refund so he was just going to void the whole order.I was stunned and thankful. These guys owned there mistake and went above and beyond to fix it. I never write reviews but I was so grateful for these guys making it right that I had to tell the world. Anyway thank you agian

Terrible experience they messed up our order and said they would fix and have a driver out asap. Forty-five minutes later called back and expressed that we were annoyed and tired of waiting. Spoke with Damon who was zero help. Instead of fullfilling what there were suppose to do the first time, supposedly they voided their mistake. Will never order there again and will also be up to verify they voided this mistake and credited back.
