I’ve been ordering a lot less from this store lately. Seems like quality has gone in the toilet the past year or two. They are also really skimpy on the toppings or just clump everything together in spots. Really disappointed, used to love their pizza.

The stuffed crust was So GOOD!! PJs crust and cheese is just softer/better. Better ingredients, better pizza. It’s true! And, I’m not a pepperoni fan because it can cause heartburn. But PJs pepperoni is better….it’s sliced really thin and almost gets crunchy, and it must be less fatty/spicy because I DON’T get heartburn from it. They have a great tasting sauce, & they aren’t skimpy with it. I don’t have to ask for extra sauce with PJs. I do with all other pizza chains.

At 5pm I set up a delivery pre-order for 7pm. We had a large event and I specifically picked 7pm because I would have the time to receive the order. At 7:10 I call, wait on hold for 10 minutes, and find out that the pizza isn’t even done cooking, and it’s at least a 10 minute drive from the store to my location. So this order that should have arrived at 7 won’t get there until at least 7:40. The line gets disconnected, I have to call back, wait on hold another 5 minutes before I can cancel the order because I don’t have time to stand and wait for it any longer. A pre-order should be treated like an appointment, not run in the queue with all the orders that came in at 6:45. Also, when there’s a pre-order, maybe give a call when you know you are absolutely not getting it done. We arrange those things for reasons. You’ve lost my business for the foreseeable future.
