Bad experience with Staff tonight I miss when people would actually care for customers or at least try to but these workers did not tonight. I guess its something we gotta get use to this day and age. People ask for more money all the time. But don’t wanna work. I left.

I live pretty close to this location and they always have my pizza ready quickly. The staff is very friendly. There are often specials that work for me to make the pizza more reasonably priced.

I’m on a low carb diet and wanted to enjoy a pizza without the crust. Hearing Papa John’s are now making pizza bowls, I stopped in to give them a try. I’ve had Marco’s Pizza bowls several times and found them an excellent substitute for the real thing. In comparison I found the Papa Bowl to be horrendous. We ended up throwing our bowls in the trash and opted for a salad. It’s a very simple dish which it appears Papa John’s are struggling to perfect.

Ordered online for pickup. They emailed me a link and I checked in when I got to the parking lot. Sat there and they never came out with my pizza. Checked online and it said my pizza was ready. Got tired of waiting so I pulled up to the drive through window. They couldn’t find my pizzas and garlic knots. They asked me to pull up front and they needed 10 minutes or so to make me new pizzas. The gentleman told me he would take some off the bill. My bank account says different. Nothing was ever credited. Pizza was fresh but the quality was lower than the “pizza pizza” place.

I live in an apartment and never select the option for contactless delivery, but almost every single time I order from here the delivery driver just leaves the pizza at my door and leaves without even knocking. I’ve had cold pizza because I didn’t know it was there, I’ve had neighbors steal my food, and I’ve had my food rained on. Nothing like cold wet pizza and soggy cardboard.

We ordered online, arrived after the app said it was ready. When we got there they said it would be 8 more minutes. After we waited our pizza was very undercooked and had to cook it in the oven when we got home. Usually papa John’s is good but we’ve had issues several times at this location.

I normally have a pretty good experience here but tonight was different… I waited at the pickup window for a few minutes. A girl finally came but she was greatly lacking in customer service. I received my pizza pretty quickly and she handed me a garlic butter and walked away. It was open and dripping. I had to wait again because they weren’t really paying attention to the window. I finally got a new butter and went home. As I was eating my first slice, I realized that the entire top half of the pizza, in between the bottom of the pizza and the toppings as well as the crust, was completely doughy. There wasn’t a slice that was edible. I called them to tell them and they did offer to make me a new one but I live 15 minutes away and did not want to drive back into town at the busiest part of the day. He said he would give me credit for a free pizza but it is not on my account. It might be a local store credit. Either way, I’m a bit annoyed as I made a special trip into town for this pizza and then had to throw the whole thing out…

Their online ordering sucks. You can put all your info in after spending time building your order and it just keeps returning you to the review your order screen and won’t process the order. Whether you pick card, cash, or pick up. Doesn’t matter. Does it for all. I’ll order somewhere else and save my time and money for somewhere that doesn’t give me a headache to try and take my money

I see a few negative reviews of this place and I can tell you that whatever issues they had they have resolved. Ordered my food at roughly 11pm on Friday and got it sooner than expected with the food being very warm. Food was very very good and had a nice presentation to it. Most places its hit or miss when ordering late and close to their closing. But I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. Delivery driver was awesome. This place deserves 5 stars.
