I was going to order a pizza. I selected a deal, a large two topping pizza for $13.99. Oddly when I went to submit the order it was charging me $15.46 or so for the $13.99 pizza, then a delivery charge on top of that. I’m not sure how $13.99 = $15.46.

I ordered my pizza from Doordash. When the pizza arrived THE RECEIPT WAS IN THE PIZZA BOX! In all of my years of buying pizza I never, ever seen this before. Someone hand touch the receipt and thought “well let me put receipt in the pizza box.” Most restaurants tape the receipt on the box. There was no tape over the box or anything. Also, the pizza was cold. You would think it’s the Doordash driver, right? I’m at the Holiday Inn 1.5 miles away in Rantoul. Next to the Walmart. The driver was here in no time. I used Google Pay to pay for my order. Initially Papa John’s posted the correct amount. When they put the final charge through, they added $2 to my charge. No explanation as to why. I had to go through PayPal to get my money returned. I usually tip at the door. Was not the tip being added. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the actual cost when I ordered. Shame on you for trying to RIP me off.

I will NEVER order from this location again. My delivery time frame was between 21-31 mins. I didn’t receive my pizza until an hour and 20 mins later. I even called their store twice to confirm and each time they said it was on the way. It seems lately every time I place an order from this location it’s either late or made poorly.
