Papa John’s ought to be ashamed of themselves for letting 13 pizzas that look like this go out the door. If it were one or two maybe, but 13!!! Lots of disappointed kiddos who couldn’t have pizza. And the only thing they are doing is crediting us for 13 pizzas. That’s the least they can do! I will not be doing business with this location again.

When the food is prepared and made right its great. But sadly ive had more letdowns and dissapointments more than anything the past 10 orders ive made. Either the pizza was overcooked or undercooked tothe wrong toppings being put on when the label says which toppings were requested. Ive even had a couple orders where not all my food was made at pick up. Had to wait for a whole pizza to be prepared…AT PICKUP!

Ordered off the $6.99 where you order 2 or more items. The 10 inch cheesestix were a total waste of money. They were over cooked and we didn’t eat very many of them. Very disappointing especially since the cheesestix are usually good. I guess there’s a reason I haven’t ordered from papa John’s in at least a year

Very kind, respectful, and helpful, but my issue is with the company not caring more vegan friendly options it’s 2022 we should be getting rid of dairy and been introducing vegan cheeses as an option as a vegan myself if I stay quiet no one will do anything..so far this location is great! Even came back with my garlic sauce.! Mistake they forgot it the first time around but that’s ok we’re all human their garlic sauce is vegan! Just add that vegan cheese and we’ll be good 🙂 appreciate ya V.

There was a minor mix up between my order and the delivery order. But the manager made it right and made it quick. The only drawback is with the new automated ordering system. If you want any discounts you have to order to the automated system. Or online. The store cannot apply discounts in store because of the new owner.
