I got the new ny style pizza, which came out exactly the same as their normal pizza, they probably are supposed to spread the crust thinner or use less but essentially they gave me a large pizza with no difference than their normal pizza. There was also a generous amount of crust around the edges. I think this is just a technical failure from papa johns, it’s not ny style thin crust. It also wasn’t very crispy and cheese was meh. I want to be fair so I’m giving three stars because I’m sure someone likes this but it did not live up to the advertised pizza to me.

Asked for contactless delivery at the hotel I was staying in because I was concerned I had COVID and couldn’t get to a testing center until the following day. Driver arrived, called and asked me to come to the lobby. I explained why I was trying to avoid contact. He still insisted I come down as I was coughing, sweating with chills.

Just ripped me off. Way past the estimated delivery time. I call the store, they stated the driver said no one answered the call. I told the person answering the phone that was a lie. Then they said the driver would be back at my home in 10 mins. I said it better be a new pizza, not a cold one. They place is a joke.

I often order from this location and the delivery drivers are polite and get to my place in a reasonable time frame usually. If you know Papa Johns you know what youre going to get. My only knock and this goes for many Pizza places – the Pizza can be not cut at all.

Waited an extra 25 minutes in their store after the tracker said my pizza was done in 25 minutes, just to be told that they can’t make my pizza. Don’t know what the staff is getting paid to do. This location downgraded their bbq sauce and dough about a year ago. Not worth going to anymore.
