First, they tried to give me the wrong order, 1 pizza instead of 2. When I got home and we looked at the pizzas I was given, it wasn’t what I ordered. When I called the store, no one answered the phone. At first, it was immediately sent to voicemail. However, they soon just let it ring. Horrific service and won’t be going back.

Ordered delivery from here while in Chicago and it was the absolute worst. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a garlic cheese fingers, which said it would be up to 45 minutes for delivery. The delivery driver arrived an hour and a half later, sat in his car for 5 minutes before coming in the hotel and then it was another 5 minutes before I was called that my order had arrived. The pizza was freezing cold and ended up in the garbage because it was also so dried out. Terrible service, terrible food. Do not order from here!

I won’t be ordering from here again. This was the worst pizza experience I’ve had in my life. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One with plain cheese and the other with steak. One came with pineapple. Seriously? Of all things. Secondly upon opening the box I knew these weren’t mediums. They were smalls. I even measure the diameter. They should both be 12 inches. They are not. I called the store 4 times after that, waited on hold for 10 min the last couple times and when I finally got through the guy on the other end would say hello and hang up on me. To top it off, I ordered before the football game started and got my pizzas at the beginning of the 4th. Yup 2 hours later and the pizzas were terrible and not as I ordered them. Shape up papa johns.

I ordered through Grubhub and made it at the timeframe it was supposed to be completed. I went inside was not greeted until 5 minutes in since they we’re talking among themselves. I was told it was going to be a 40 min wait still.

I ordered from this restaurant through UberEats. When the delivery came, it’s literally missing half of the items I ordered. I’m blaming the uber driver too as he should’ve checked the receipt and called out the missing items. Good thing I got a refund from Uber but I should’ve listened to the 1 star reviews of this restaurant. Save yourself the stress and dont order from here anymore!

I’ll be reporting this location to the department of commerce as well as the Illinois attorney General’s office. They engage in fraudulent activities. And as a result of their negligence my hypoglycemic wife almost went in shock. Huge liability. I’ll also report them to Corporate. Manager at this location needs to be let go.
