Delivery driver stole the change he was supposed to give me. Instead of give me $10 back he took off with it. I had my child crying and alone so I couldn’t chase after him. After calling the store, the manager said it was my fault and that I should’ve chased after him even after saying I wasn’t going to leave my child alone. Food wasn’t the best. If you do delivery make sure to have exact change.

Only one person in the store was able to properly communicate with me when I went in there to pick up my pizza. When I asked for a cup of sauce it took them ten minutes of “searching” for it but then came back with nothing so I had to ask another person to help me and then they charged me for the sauce. Just go to Dominos for better customer service.

this location’s pizza is good, HOWEVER whether your order is taken properly or at all has been the main issue i’ve had. hours are not consistent with other locations. Take out says 1am, but the store completely closes at 12am.unfortunately i cannot order online for this location either when i want the pizza the same night so i have to call the store for my order. wish papa johns website allowed me to order via other locations. when the order is correct the nail it on the pizza, but main issue is service/customer satisfaction

Worst location ever to place an order for pizza. I ordered two large, two topping pizza. One pizza was made wrong. I also was charged three times for a total of $96.00. I spoke with the I’ll trained unprofessional supervisor, and clearly no help from her. Instead I was told to call my bank. Seems very wrong, and this could be robbery at its finest. Please becareful if ordering online, or even over the phone at this location.

I used to tell people how I love Papa John’s and they would say….really! Well, I finally know what they were talking about. Before the new owners I thought everything was good.
