Came at 10:45pm had about 15 mins and girlish boy with earrings told me that they dont take orders. If business hour is until 11 then why the heck u make people lose time by coming here and wasting time

I’d give this place a five star review, but some of these customers are absolutely insufferable. Customers act like they’re making frozen pizza here, but they’re actually making the pizza practically from scratch. And don’t even get me started on the customers who order at the same time as everyone else orders on the weekends, and then get mad about the wait times or delivery times. These customers have absolutely no patience and frequently verbally abuse the employees, and then play victim when they get hung up on or denied service. I have eaten here weekly for the last ten years, and I see how the customers behave. They act like children. They act like these aren’t human beings making your food. Those of you who go into the store for pickup, you can see how many people are back there working. You’re just rude to these people who are barely making a living. The customers at this location have been so rude to the employees that all of the best people that have worked there have left. I only recognize one or two of their current staff. My hat’s off to you guys for the amount of nonsense you have to take from the customers. Keep pumping out those good pizzas!

Would Never order from the Montgomery location again. Extremely rude staff and very unwilling to help customers. I order through the papa John’s app and had it delivered. I didn’t receive all my items. When I contacted the location they were extremely rude and unwilling to help because my order was delivered through door dash. I DIDNT ORDER THROUGH DOORDASH. I didn’t ask for my order to be delivered through them. There for it’s your issue. As a customer I felt like I deserved more help then I was given

My wife placed an order online which we’ve done before and it’s about a 50/50 go as to whether or not it’s correct or on time. Tonight placed an order we were given 35 to 45 minutes for delivery. Once we reached over an hour with no update, I contacted the store. Spoke with the manager by the name of Kyle. Manager was rude and ended up hanging up on me when I asked simple questions. Buyer, beware. Good luck! I would look elsewhere for food because this showed up cold

I should have looked at the reviews on here before ever deciding to place a delivery order with them. Even know they are only 0.5 miles from me, they still couldn’t get me my order in 1.5 hours. I got to hear every excuse that could have possibly been used. Then after I told them to cancel it because now I have to leave without lunch and no one would be here to take it, they decided to let the driver come anyway, 20 minutes after I canceled, and was just going to leave it at the front door to attract animals.

Pizza is ok, but papa johns as a whole company is using call centers out of the United States to take phone orders. You can’t call the store directly to make any changes or change from pick up to delivery or vice versa.

Ordered pizza for pickup. They said it would be 20min. I arrived after 20min and they said it would take another 10 minutes. After 45 minutes, it still was not ready. I had to wait even longer for it. Also NO employee was wearing a mask even though it is state mandated. I would like corporate to contact me about this terrible experience.

Have had pizza here about 5 times and 4 out of those 5 times they mess up my order, the first time was the only time they did it right. One time they forgot the cheese, and the other 3 they have put onions on my chicken pizza when I SPECIFY I don’t want onions. It’s annoying and agitating. Never ordering herenagain. I refuse to let my order get screwed up another time.

Never Again! The last two times I’ve picked up from there it was horrible. The music was so loud both times you can’t hear the employees, I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. Last time I was early so I checked in, they completed my order and it sat there for 22 minutes before they gave it to me. This last time, the girl checked her phone before looking up my order. I had to tell her 3 times the first and last name, and spelled it. She then made a comment about my last name, “I’m not going to say its a funny name…” Then asked me to pay for the order that was already paid for. This is the front end service, I shudder to think of the back end. Given the appearance of some of the employees, someone call the Health Department.
