The attendant’s service was terrible. When we ordered the large pizza, he (the attendant) immediately said it would take 30 minutes. We realized that he wanted to go back to typing on his cell phone. As he was already on the cell phone typing, he didn’t say anything or raise his head. If he himself depends on him to have his pizzeria working, he will have a DISAPPOINTMENT.

I was picking up from this place as a doordash driver. I got there right at the pickup time and the man told me it was going to be 5 minutes. No big deal for me since it was a large order for good pay. But they proceeded to take OVER 10 MINUTES and waste my time. If you are a delivery driver I suggest you avoid this place.

Constant errors and poor delivery by Door Dash. They leave the pizza on the floor by mailboxes blocking the inside door. They are instructed to buzz me and come up. We do no t hVe a lobby. Constant errors. I received someone else’s pizza 2 times. Do not follow instructions! They have wrong information about PJ billing practices. I asked for the owner to call me a week ago. Today I was told he is too busy to talk about my small problem. He had no idea what I was goibg to say. Actually there are so many bad reviews the problem is larger than life. The pizza is terrible and always a last resort. Done with papajohns. Many frozen pizzas are better and do not bring stupidity and rudeness along.

They ask you for tip when you insert your card – for pick up! This is really crazy I didn’t have my glasses so she told me to push the arrow up and I get charged three dollars! I was not intended to give them because it was a pick up not a delivery so the credit card terminal is rigged against the customer I called the manager and he said he can’t do anything because I called Papa John’s to order – although I paid at the store – I called Papa John’s and they said we can transfer you to the manager and he should be able to take care of it and I told papa Johns the manager said it’s Papa John’s problem they can fix it and they said he’s lying.. so they are scammers and add 10 15 20% to every pick up order.
