I love to order papa Johns pizza from this location. I get mesmerized with the aroma of their veggie pizza once I opened the pizza box. The employees at this location stays very vigilant following the instructions. And they are very friendly and patiently listen to the customer’s order over the phone. Wish they would have dine-in option in future if possible.

I had a bad service at this location. I used to pick up the pizza from this location for a long time, and now I never will go this location any more. This is what happened. When I walked in all staff was busy, and I waited until one of staff is ready to check out for me. Then a few minutes later, a man with $50 bucks bill in his hand came into store. He came to register and waited next with me. Then one of staff came to register and told me “I will be with you… sorry.” And this staff helped the customer with cash on his hand helped to check out. This staff help customers who need to pay to the store first.

I didn’t notice until after I opened the box and realized the seal didn’t rip or unstick. It looked like it was closed and sealed until I opened, but my quality seal on my pizza box was broken, AND the garlic sauce was empty. I think the delivery driver did something, so now I can’t eat the pizza. When I called, they said “it’s just two of us so these things happen.” Even when I then said as I was on hold I was looking at the box and the one side sticker was loose, and the other side sticker was INSIDE the box, the only excuse was “we’re busy.” So, yeah, that’s the last time I order from this place. What’s the point of having quality control if you’re not actually doing it the correct way? Having a really hard time understanding how taking 5 extra seconds for a sticker to reassure people that their food wasn’t tampered with is just excused by being busy.

Let me start off by saying from the phone order to the delivery, this was the biggest cluster of bad service I have ever tried to navigate through. Once you finally get to place your order -30 minutes later from being on hold , they don’t deliver for 1.5 hours that’s how long my disabled brother and my elderly mother have been waiting thus far. No phone call explaining why delivery is still out, no apology for the bad service no explanation whatsoever, and as if that’s not bad enough you can’t call and expect anyone to pick up the phone to give you an explanation. Horrible experience, bad service all the way around. I know it’s Saturday but hire some help if you are in need . This is unacceptable. Where is the management during all if this, cause you can’t find any one of those either. Get it together Papa Johns. Very disappointing.

While the pizza is good, they are now relying on Door Dash for delivery. This seems to have led to delivery errors. One driver was unable to find my address and the pizza was very late. Another time the Door Dash driver reported that the pizza was delivered when it was not. It showed up 40 min later.

Don’t go to this location… We came in and ordered the stuffed crust pizzas and thought we removed pepperoni through the app, but the pizza came with pepperoni in the stuffed crust which the app didn’t have an option to remove. We could not eat the pepperoni due to religious reasons, and when we explained this to the manager she simply said “that’s not our fault” and refused to remake the pizzas or give us a refund. The manager easily could have just remade the pizzas for us but she just didn’t want to. probably because she was too lazy .We ended up paying for pizzas that we threw away.. Not to mention the store was pretty dirty and the area where they made the pizza looked pretty gross.

Yesterday, I had a not so great experience with papa Johns… condensed version, my sick mom and son were sent the wrong pizza… I was on the phone trying to reach the restaurant for over 5 hours. I’m out of state so my frustration and helplessness was a bad combination. Especially when you can’t reach someone. I followed up with the restaurant today. The general manager, Hilary, was empathetic, understanding, apologetic and helpful. I couldn’t help but ask If there was something wrong in the store. I loved that she didn’t give me the pseudo response. She stated they were understaffed and when they get that busy they don’t answer the phones. Not because they don’t want to… and being that I’ve worked in restaurants, at a hospital etc…. No further explanation was needed. She went on the remake the pizza… and asked what else she could do to make it right. My focus was always to feed a 13 yo, and keep my mom out of the kitchen so she could rest and get well…. and with her help – mission accomplished. So I’m not deleting my papa johns app anytime soon Lolol. Thank you again Hilary!!! This meant more than I able to express right now.

My fiance and I ordered a custom super Hawaiian pizza and some cheese sticks Fri night, we spoke with the manager to order over the phone. We have been testing out different pizza chains for a while now for this pizza and today we found our favorite by far! There was a small miscommunication with our order and their customer service was awesome. My fiance even called the manager and gave them a compliment over the phone cuz we were so happy with the pizza. Great job to everyone!

Second week in a row we ordered and it was messed up. Last week ordered 2 of the new Parmesan Crusted Papadias, 28 minutes. Delivery driver calls and says they just started our order. At this point it’s at 50 minutes. We finally get them 1 hour 10 minutes later…burnt. This week we order a simple pizza and decide to help them out and pick up. Was told 20 minutes. Arrive 30 minutes and get told to they gave our order to someone else. Our order was 16″ Cheese, Sausage, 1/2 Green Pepper and an order of bread sticks. Coincidence Unlikely. Waited for our order since we already paid.
