Worst experience from Papa Johns Buffalo Grove. Had bad experience for the first time and I tried again from same store to give it a chance and it was more worse than before. Not sure if I’m unlucky or this store is not right. Never had such experience before from any other Papa Johns store. Pizza was all burnt and we had to throw it away. I’m approx 11 mile away from the store else I would have threw it in store.

Placed an order at 9:26pm and got email confirmation that the pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes. Called after 45 minutes and got IVR system saying they were running behind. Called again after 75 minutes and got a human who I could barely understand and said something about deliveryman. I cancelled the order and asked for refund. The guy didn’t care. 1st and last time Papa John.
