Pizzas are always undercooked. They don’t listen. All the time i ask them to make it well done and all the time pizza are uncooked. There is always raw dough and unmelted cheese. When i complain they say they have too many orders and this the best they can do.

Went to my cousins to have a good night hanging out, ended up starving. Ordered the pizza and bread sticks at 5:30 expecting a 45 minute to 1 hour delivery. 6:30 rolls around and no update. I couldn’t believe how the clock hit 7 and we had to makea phone call to see what was going on with the food we already payed for ahead of time.. 7:30 came around and the pizza finally showed up.. Cold… So we proceeded to heating it up in the oven. The delivery driver actually asked how late our pizza was and recommends we call and complain. top notch job Papa Johns. Thanks for the remarkably enjoyable pizza service you provided… on a weekday. Highly recommended if you enjoy cold pizza!

If I could rate 0, I would. This is not the first time this location messed up on my order. This was just the last straw. Never coming back to this location. I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. I paid for delivery and I tipped the driver (biggest mistake ever). When I opened both pizzas, I was in awe (see picture below). I called the place right away and told them that I just received 2 pizzas that look like they’ve been carried on their side. I was told to bring both pizzas back and they would give me new ones. That is exactly what I did. Now, I paid for a delivery charge and tipped the driver who obviously doesn’t know how to handle pizza boxes, which came out to be around $16. I drove myself to pick up the new pizzas and drop off these, thinking that I would be at least compensated somehow (free pizza, pop, etc). To my surprise, all I got is an apology and a “have a great night”. If I knew this was going to happen, I would just go and pick it up myself to begin with. Would’ve saved myself time and money. Thanks Papa John’s for such a wonderful experience. At least this time they didn’t forget half of my order like the previous 2 times.

Incompetent manager and workers. Ordered online for delivery, waited over an HOUR before I called the store about my order as it just sat at “preparing” for most of that time. After I called I was told “delivery was canceled”. Not only should the manager pay attention to that and reach out to someone who ordered but should also offer a resolution or figure the delivery out not only say “I can cancel it”. If I didn’t call I could be waiting all day for an order that would have never been delivered and my money would have been wasted for the incompetence of being unable to manage and communicate with a customer. And to papa John’s themselves, don’t offer a delivery service if it is not going to be executed or communicated correctly. Fix your staff

Guys, trust me on this. DO NOT EVER ORDER from this place. I have ordered from papa johns for almost a decade and this has got to be my worst experience. Firstly they made me wait 30 minutes (the tracked showed as picked up). Then on top they got my order incorrect. I called up the manager who said I can get another pizza made. Few mins late the pizza maker calls and tells me that he was “out of ingredient” but as a “goodwill” can send me some store credit – which I NEVER received.

Given the number of negative reviews, I ordered a stuff-crust pizza, wings and cheesesticks for pickup so I could inspect in the store. Everything was made exactly on time. Everything was made perfectly and very delicious. I haven’t enjoyed a PJ’s pizza this much in a long time.

The quality of food/ingredients is decent and as expected. The service is much less than expected. I’m not a huge fan of the cheese sticks, but since Topper’s is not available in this area, I give Papa John’s a chance. The garlic dipping sauce addition makes the cheese stick and pizza more enjoyable for me. We usually order a few extra dipping sauce cups. There have been three occasions we have ordered from this location. The last two times were within two weeks of each other. The extra dipping sauces were forgotten the first time; pick-up done through Door Dash, so not a huge deal as credit was given. Yesterday when picking up an order, I had asked if the extra dipping sauces were and was assured that they were. I arrived home and they were not. Not terribly surprised, but still frustrating. I feel there is high turnover at this location and apathy, so I am just done with giving this location business. I will probably be hesitant about any Papa John’s location for a while. An easier decision personally as I’m not a huge fan. I would love for management/an owner to come forward with something sincere and own this, but I feel if I get any response at all it will be the standard “We’re very sorry for your experience and we’ll strive to improve our process” type of response. Keep on keepin’ on friends. If you’re a Papa John’s fan, this won’t change your mind. If you’re a bit sick of apathetic customer service, maybe this will serve as a bit of a PSA for you.
