Update; They let someone else take my delivery order and customer never got it. So they stood there and they just looked at me and they kind of argued the fact that somebody else took it and they weren’t showing any signs of wanting to make it again! This team is kind of sloppy and lazy not the normal team that I’m used to working with needless to say, after explaining this to the customer the customer called them I called support while I dropped off my other order that I had already in my car. Now I’m back at Papa John’s and this girl could not be moving any slower she already put the pizza up and then she went and filled bottles before she got the sauce for the nuts very very unprofessional she needs to go then she just slams it on the counter and walks away very unprofessional very disappointed with them tonight!!!This is a great Papa John’s location. everybody is just so friendly! Orders are hot fresh and quick I’ve never had to wait more than three or four minutes so that’s a good thing. I’m a delivery driver for several different outlets and this place is on top of my list for pizza places! Also the Papa John’s on the West end 24th Street Great crew there too and all the same reviews.

Order took a long time, which isn’t a big deal. That I got raw pizza dough after the long weight is a bit of a problem. Literally inedible. If I wanted to bake my pizza myself I would’ve gotten papa Murphy’s.

They cancelled existing orders after taking them. Dozens of them…because they said it was too busy. Totally unacceptable!! They should have at the very least stop taking new orders and finish all the existing order until they were caught up. I DoorDash and the cancelation effects my completion rating. There were at least five people in store. I worked for Papa John’s for over 10 years and we would do 100+ pie hours with two in-store employees and several drivers who worked the line and answered phones in between deliveries. The was a horrific manager decision and the staff was either to lazy, inept, or untrained to handle a normal busy weekend schedule. Someone at corporate needs to fix this store. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with the store in 24th in Billings, MT.

Walked in, they had the music so loud. You couldn’t even hear what the guy was asking me. I handed him cash, and he didn’t even know how to ring up a cash order. And on top of that, the pizza was so nasty. I will never eat there again¡!!!!!!

Classic papa John’s. Our only issue was whoever answered the phone could put Twista to shame. We didn’t know what was being said, and so when we came to pick up our order, we tried 4 different names on the order before just using the cell phone number.

Owner, get your kitchen shoes on and wash your hands and get to work. You have no employees. I think one person was working on Friday 3/10/23. After 2 hours of waiting, person told us I’m gonna just cancel the order due to no help. Your store has a 2.9 review. Ask shaq to come help your store. Oh, wait you guys want to rake in the money without helping your employees. Buy local over this sad location.

Papa Johns has gone down hill ever since they swapped to not having their own delivery drivers. This is the last time we will order through them since you either get the pizza ice cold, or they cancel your order without even telling you. Call them up and you’ll spend an eternity on hold while the store just rolls the call onto hold.

Ordered online and paid at 12:30pm for 6:15 pick up. Arrived at 6:20 and told my order has not been started. Very rude, like i am doing something wrong by picking up my heart shaped pizzas for my kids. Employee actually looked shocked when I questioned why my tip was not refunded. I would not give a star.

Had called in a pick up for me and my mother, two Philly cheese steak papadias. When we got them it was basically only onion and green peppers. Took one bite and called them. The manager was very rude and when I told her what was the problem it was only to have dead silence on the other end. They couldn’t even apologize. I hate this place, half the time my pizza is cold and the box has soaked up all of the grease. I keep giving them a shot but I don’t want them to keep stealing my money.
