Long wait, burnt garlic knots, specialty pizza undercooked (I put it in oven at home), pepperoni cooked just fine. BOTH pizzas pretty much not sliced at all. ordered delivery. left 20% tip. $68 for 2 large pizzas & knots. Garlic sauce that came with pizza already smashed/ busted open, empty, and all over box when delivered. Glad we ordered extra sauce. If we relied on the one that comes with the food we would have been out of luck. I try not to be hard on people things happen, but I would say don’t waste the money here.

I ordered online I noticed my order was totaled more than I came up with turns out they automatically take out tip unless you put in 0.00 at some point it doesn’t pop up for you have to look for it. I called minot store they told me they couldn’t put the tip back on my card gave me a customer service number so that they can put it back on they told me the same thing. And the guy at the store also told me that it doesn’t automatically take tip out totally lied all of it is dishonest and not right. Bad enough prices went up on everything you can’t basically be stealing money and being dishonest about it with your customers not good business

Called to place an order and was told to come to the store. I went to the store and was told they’re closed. Why place hours of operation and tell someone to drive down to the store to place an order if they’re gonna work whatever they want anyways and deny me service? I would’ve just gone to Pizza Hut to begin with.

We normally love Papa John’s, this past time was horrible with the service and order. After waiting over an hour for carryout, which is understandable when they are busy, I get the notification that our food was ready for pick up. When I went in to pick up, our food still wasn’t ready, so waited another 15 min. When I got to the car I realized the pizza was wrong, the other pizza had a busted garlic butter all over it and two sauces were missing. When I went back inside the guy at the counter offered a new box. No remaking a pizza due to the wrong pizza or remaking something new due to the garlic butter saturated pizza. Just offered a new box. We won’t be ordering again anytime soon unfortunately
