This is Papa John’s, not pizza hut, so this location needs to get their act together. Our last 3 orders have had something wrong with them, ordered again today and the Chicken Poppers are wrong again, 4th time now, the pepperoni pizza is smashed into one side of the box and on top of that is a complete grease ball. Beware, everyone! I pre-ordered a pizza at noon for pickup at 5:30. When I arrived to pick up my order at 5:30, I was informed that my pizza wasn’t even started and was told that it would be up to an hour until it was ready. They were able to cancel my order, but I’m very disappointed that they didn’t recognize their mistake and do something to make it right.

ALWAYS LATE. This is my 2nd time ordering from this location and both times my order was late by 30+ minutes. A few weeks ago I ordered delivery. The estimated delivery time was 65-75 mins and yet despite that very long time it still took me 1 hour 35 minutes to get my pizza. Because of that horrible experience I ordered takeout tonight. Estimated wait time. 35-45 minutes. I show up at about 38 minutes. I walk in the door and they tell me it’ll will be ANOTHER 35 minutes. Do NOT order from this location unless you plan ahead by at least an hour or more. I will never order from here again.
