The staff is all over the place here. Very small lobby. It’s dirty in here also. Very good pizza, though. The staff is kinda rude. It’s kinda sketchy in here. There are always tones of people that don’t work there, always going in and out of here, especially in the kitchen area. Kinda weird. Don’t have a good vibe in Papa John’s at this location. Usually, I let my husband get our pizza and bring it home. I don’t like coming in here.

Well I won’t order from here again omg after reading the reviews about no hair nets and how nasty the employees are. Right after finding hair baked into my pizza I’m so disgusted and I pay for extra cheese and they never put extra

I will never eat here again, no gloves on, no hair nets on, and I observe one employee, scrolling through his phone while making a pizza, another employee taking Jalapenos out of the jar with his bear hands ✋️ and observed another employee scratch his head and continued making food. I didn’t say anything, but I asked for my money back and told them that I had a taste for something else! I’m seeing this while I was in the store, and just imagine what is going on when no customers are in the store

I come here every Saturday and I’ve never had a problem with this place, but this time when I came this lady in her mid 30s with a bun and blue eyes. and she was taking care of our order and she charged us extra for the free cups and sauce. She was very rude and when we asked around three times for sauce, plates and cups she decided to only give us cups and saying she was out of plates when she didn’t even check the back, we asked her for 4-5 sauces and she gave us only 2 sauces when I told her I had to feed my whole family of 9. She gave us one ranch and one buffalo and sighed angrily and asked: “is that everything?!” And she very angrily slammed the pepper flakes at us which is unacceptable and she should be doing her job without any anger, I was never one to complain but this type of treatment is unacceptable and when this is taken care of I will come back to this location of papa johns. Horrible treatment and I expect better of this Papa Johns

I always order from the Robbinsdale Location and Ever since the pandemic started it’s like the service has gotten terrible. I Understand they use Door Dash for Delivery but Door Dash is Really hurting them the Food is being left outside as drivers leave and don’t notify you, it arrives cold due to drivers not having heat bags…Forgetting parts of the order…not to mention Food being Overcooked by The Store. I really like the Pizza and wish that they’d go back to being more Respectful of the Customers …I’m truly disappointed in The Service.

Visiting, late night hunger, sought out Papa. My pizza was good, however delivery driver was a jerk. Lesson learned, keep tip in pocket until interaction w driver is complete & positive. Should have driven the mile to picked up myself.
