Waited 1.5 hours for my order, on the tracking it showed “out for delivery” for 45-60 minutes then updated to “order cancelled” with no contact from the driver. When I called the store for more information they said the driver tried to call me twice and so they couldn’t do anything to fix the situation. Interestingly enough it was a cash order, so very easy for them to cancel last second on someone. terrible service from start to “finish”.

Worst pizza ever!! Waste of money for sure!!! And this is not extra cheese the other pizza was worst than this. The wings were burnt and barely had sauce on them. The pizza box was wet and so was the pizza!!!

They must be trying to save food costs because I got the SADDEST pizza bowl. It is the THINNEST layer of cheese and veggies. If I made this on my own, it could not possible end up how thin this was. There’s probably 2 oz of cheese on the ENTIRE tray. For the same price, Papa Murpheys gets you at least a whole meal. For maybe a total of 3 oz of food, this was seriously disappointing.

The pizza was burnt. Whenever I go here is either a hit or miss and most it’s a miss when I order a night. I was so disappointed . So this is an update on new order made on 5/04/2023 another disappointment the reason why I have not order here in a minute and I really wished I had looked at the pizza before taking out because the pizza was horrible and burnt my kids literally only ate one slice. This was by far a waste of money ‼️

I was craving a pizza from Papa Johns for dinner tonight. The closest one was 15 minutes away in Blaine. I called and ordered for pick up. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and got everything taken care of for me. I go to pick it up and I’m immediately greeted. My pizza was amazing and the staff were very friendly! Will definitely be back to this location soon!

I, for one, have never had a bad experience with this Papa John’s and I’ve been using them for 4 years. My food has always been fresh and properly cooked, never overdone or burnt and it always tastes delicious. My delivery drivers have always been courteous and friendly. Bravo Papa John’s!! I will keep using you in the future!

According to the delivery driver. Their policy is to not enter hotels and businesses. Got the wrong pizza. And he got a $10 tip. Never again from this store. Funny it doesn’t say that anywhere on the website.

I’ve been eating Papa Johns for over 20 years, and I was craving one of their pizzas. My first visit to this store, and they served one of the top 5 best Papa Johns pizzas I’ve ever eaten.
