Twice now, they failed to deliver a pizza on time — and I’m not talking like 5-15 minutes late; they have been 1-2 hrs late. And anytime we call, they say, “oh it’ll be there!” but it never arrives when they say it will. Clearly, upper leadership is not paying their drivers or employees enough. The only thing that will fix it is not ordering from this location. Do not order from this location.

I see a lot of negative reviews about the staff but I can say this is far from the truth as I run a neighboring business. I frequently come in about once a week for a soda and I am always treated well. I feel like most of these bad reviewers forget the situation of the world we live in. The entire country is short staffed and we need to remind ourselves to be considerate to those who actually choose to show up to work.

Wish I could give 0 stars! The employees of this establishment have been known to verbally harass employees of the surrounding businesses, not to mention they scream at each other all day long and slam things around the store to the point that items will fall off of the shelves in the salon next door. I do not recommend this place or the people who work there!

Delivered our pizza to another house, we only knew because that person called us to let us know (our number must have been on the receipt?) Our online order showed as delivered, so we waited another 15 minutes to see if Papa John’s would call to let us know what was happening. They didn’t call, we had to call them. When we called, they just offered to send a replacement pizza with no refund. At this point it had been almost an hour, so we told them to forget it.

UPDATE: We finally got our pizza at 1 hr and 45 minutes, and it was luke warm. I ordered their new FOLDABLE New York Style but it was cooled down enough that it held solid when picked up. No folding possible. According to the label on the box, we placed our order and hour later than we actually did and we have the order confirmation email to prove it. The time they have listed was when we called to ask about it. We think they only made our order once we called., except that the tracking had said it was on its way for more than an hour.

Worst experience ever trying to order a pizza. My call was forwarded to a call center. It took 22 minutes for them to place the order. After 50 minutes waiting for my food the driver calls to tell me he can’t deliver to my address. He gives me his managers number who tells me to call a different store for the refund. After being on hold for 35 minutes to get my refund someone picks up the phone states” 3 customers in front of you” and disconnected the call.
