Probably the most disorganized store I’ve ever been to, couldn’t find my order or my name. And when the pizza was brought to me all the Doritos powder or whatever it is was all piled onto one spot in the middle. So the middle of the pizza had WAY too much seasoning and the rest was just a plain pizza.

I’ve been helped by a lady a few times and she’s friendly but the young boy helping me tonight made no effort to seem sincere or like he cared about his job at all. It’s not the first time I’ve been confronted like that so I think I’ll stick with dominos from now on since I’m not made to feel unwelcome.

My sister, my friend and I ordered a XL supreme pizza and cheese bread. Everything was wonderful. The garlic sauce is a hit like always. I do wish they included more than one sauce cup since every one wants it. The delivery was quick like always. The driver was very nice.

Absolutely amazing. My mom, Dad and I had just gotten out of the ER because my mom wasn’t doing well and we were all hungry and literally 15-20 minutes before close, I went inside to see if they would help us out, and Cody (or Kody) was literally so amazing. He was willing to make us our food and was so nice the entire time. He is the prime example of amazing service! He deserves a raise!

I come here once a month or every other month to satisfy my pizza cravings. The pizzas are average, it’s a ten minute drive for me, and it’s cheap enough that I don’t mind burning money for it. Sometimes though all I see are either high school students or young college students making the pizzas in the store and it makes me wonder if the pizzas are being made correctly. Not that I doubt their training but having a restaurant full of high school students or college students isn’t exactly livid or reassuring.

Ordered pizza at 10 pm, it is now 1 am and we still have not received our pizza. Call the business twice and have been hung up on after 15 minutes of being on hold twice. Definitely suggest a different location. Wish I could give it zero stars. Go somewhere else!!

Very bad this location. I enjoy Papa John’s pizza a lot. but I used to order from the one from Eagan. they are wayyyyy better.

Awesome ppl that work here , the lady that was helping us accidentally didn’t see our online order ticket , so she apologized, made it turbo fast , and even carried it out to our car for us on top of offering a free XL pizza for free next time we come !! She definitely went above and beyond for us and we were very Thankful

Delivery person was very pleasant and on time. We will NEVER order again, pizza was hot but overdone. There was a bare minimum of toppings and their medium size is closer to a small!

The service was super speedy, the pizza was exactly what I ordered and it was delicious! The delivery person followed the contactless protocol but stood far enough away to make sure We both were safe, but close enough to say thank you and and wish me a good night. Great job Papa Johns.
