Ordered a large bbq chicken pizza with less cheese, extra sauce, well done without bacon. Waited almost an hour for a cold, undercooked mess of uncooked dough and cheese mess!! WORST OF ALL IT HAD BACON!!! 35$ literally down the drain!!! Never going to order papa johns again. Permanent loss of a customer for life. I was starving and could not even stomach a single slice!!! Recieved the opposite of what I ordered. Extra cheese, undercooked and with bacon…what a disappointment when I was starving. I guess they can’t be bothered to read the order when someone is shelling out over 30$ for some food.

We ordered and waited a good hour or so. Checked the app and it said our order was delivered. So I went downstairs to the door, thinking the delivery person was just confused about the address. I opened the door and my entire order was out on the porch. I specifically requested a phone call upon delivery since I do not have a doorbell and I live in an apartment complex. I called the manager who gave me credit for my next order. The next order, the delivery guy also did not call me. I only just happened to check outside to see him trying to ring other doorbells all confused! Does no one there know how to use a telephone???

Normally have a very good experience at this Papa John’s we order from here at least once or twice a month the last time I ordered to have pizzas delivered to a company as my way to say thanks they completely messed up the order didn’t deliver the pizzas tried to deliver to my house and not to the business so for that they get one Stars

Classic Pappa John’s. They fit the bill and I enjoy the consistency no matter the restaurant. This location was fast, efficient and accurate with my order. I worried based on prior reviews but it appears that they’re under new management. The guy they have here seems to know his stuff and has this store running right.

Ordered a medium thin crust meats pizza. Asked to have it cut in squares. When I got home i noticed it wasn’t cut into squares. It was cut into triangles like they always do. Also ordered 3 garlic cups and only received 2 of them. Im not happy with this location at all. The guy who took my order you couldn’t hear him when he responded back to my order.

My boyfriend and I ordered online for DELIVERY. after about 40 minutes and no update as to where the pizza was he called just to be told it was marked as take out. So he gave the address to have it delivered. About a half hour later STILL no food. Calls again to be told it was still marked as take out. My boyfriend asked for a couple extra garlic BUTTERS for the inconvenience and gets told of course. Finally a half hour later the food comes. And guess what. Not a single garlic butter with the order, just a couple packets of garlic SALT basically a big eff you to us for THEIR mistakes. 10/10 don’t recommend.
