So I’ll start by saying I’ve worked at two papa johns in my time and this one’s a joke. I ate the food for a week or two when working there before being sick of it. I would also add that the manager allowed a customer to threaten me not once, not twice, but three times. Literally I didn’t deliver to the customer because he was threatening verbally and physically imposing removing his shirt as a form of intimidation. Rebecca claims to be a Christian women. She’s not. I would add that she brought my kids, my life, and other personal details up during our meeting in which I basically was told things would be worked out. She attempted to convince me to sign paper work that was opposite how the situation actually played out. She even told me the customer didn’t say what I claimed he said. Even though I have the texts to this day. In my opinion the foods not worth it, the managements a joke, and you should just order From another Pizza place like something local or even a different corporate chain. But avoid this one. I’d also add the kitchen area is filthy and that the sanitizer they use causes employees to break out in rashes and hives. Which they expect us to provide our own PPE. It’s wild. Also against health guidelines.

For being the first time getting pizza from Papa John’s, I am not at all disappointed.

I love Papa John’s and have since I was a kid their prices are okay but I still think a Little Caesars is a better way to go their food is just better and their Pizza is just fresher when it gets to your house, but if ur in a pinch, next to little ceasers, this is my next recommendation! Especially for the price.

The person who takes the order barely speaks English. I asked for a couple extra banana peppers and got green peppers on my Pizza. They gave me one banana pepper and only one garlic butter. The pizza had very little sauce making it very dry. Not happy. Used to be my favorite pizza!

Young guys working there were friendly and courteous. Pizza was average. We had ordered the Hawaiian style. I DID order on their special customer appreciation day, so large pizza was only about $7. 1st Tuesday of every month they offer this for any large 2 topping pizza, so it WAS a great value. Must have code to get the deal.

I should have ordered thin crust. The thick crust was dry and didn’t have thirty dollars of toppings.

13.00+ w/ tax for a small thin crust pizza. As I was waiting, I see a sign, 7.50 single plus drink OK that for students I understand. But charging me almost double for 10″ cheese thin crust, and using Covid as a excuse why pizza price have gone up, seems far fetched.

I’ve added customer appreciation date to my calendar which is the first tuesday of every month. My go to is the chicken bacon ranch. I like it way more than Little Caesars and on that day its about the same price. The staff is friendly and I like that you can watch them make everything right in front of you. Yes they do toss the dough in the air! They are very efficient and the average wait is usually 15 mins or less after you put in the order (depending on what you get).
