I order from this location regularly in the evenings and their delivery driver is the kindest person. Even when we have had issues with our order, they make it right. I’ve only ever had an issue when they were completely swamped and the delivery driver ran the missing item over when he got the chance.

We have ordered a from Papa John’s a few times now for various events for on campus events. I have continued to use this location due to their proximity, ease of calling to place an order (as it needs to be tax exempt), and the continued excellent service with our order being correct and on time. The fact that Papa John’s has a gluten free option is yet one additional reason we continue to use Papa Johns. We have had a few smaller events needing approximately 10 pizzas and one recent order needing over 100 pizzas- yes I am the person from the math problems. Across all orders the pizza has been well received by students and staff we have continued to have a great experience. Thank you!

Whoever is on the floor there tonight is lucky if he keeps his job for much longer. Extremely rude to me on the phone and hung up on me. When my driver from DD arrived, he called and said this guys a degenerate. He also forgot my drink and dipping sauce. Get out the Kitchen lil dude, or get the heat some other way.

I hate to do this, but they gave me no choice today. I usually get decent to good service from this Papa John’s location, but today indicated a trend in the wrong direction. I have no problem if it takes an hour and 20 minutes for a delivery to arrive. I get that some nights downtown are busy.

Collin the manger wouldn’t refund my order after it was stolen by some drunk college students Friday night. The driver called me and never gave me the option to have wait at the store instead of dropping it off when I wasn’t there. “All we do is drop pizza and move to the next order”-Collin. So there’s no customer service? The driver didn’t even give me a choice to have it pick up at the store instead. Guess they’re so busy to neglect customer food safety for extra money.
