Awful. God awful. Staff is slow and pizzas take 45 minutes to an hour because they move like molasses. Avoid this ghetto papa John’s if your sanity depends on it. Pizzas were mad with disdain also.

Recently ordered a pizza, breadsticks, brownies and peppers. Used the app so the order was very specific including style of cut. Given 80 minutes as the wait. After 80 minutes called the store and was told after a short wait that the pizza was just out of the oven.

Dog s*** costumer services. There person who answered the phone was rude and cutting me off while I was trying to ask a question and once she answered the question she hung up. Once the food was delivered it was VERY poorly made. Never ordered from this store again.

This was the most terrible take-out pizza I’ve had from this location. The staff was friendly but the store was a mess! Does the restaurant industry still have a mandatory rule for hair nets when preparing food? If so, they don’t know about it. I cringed when I walked in to pickup my order and the woman that was preparing the food had a head full of installed hair that wasn’t in a net.
