The kid answering the phone was impatient and non informed on proper phone edicit. The radio in the background made me think i called a nightclub not the famous friendly Papa John’s im used to. The cheese bread sticks i ordered were burnt and thin like they didnt let the dough rise any at all. The pizza was to have extra cheese but was barely any on it and the crust was very crunchy and tough. Not happy but im hungry so i will eat it and not recommend this branch to any of my veteran friends that stay in the hotel next door to it.

We ordered 2 pizzas at 1150pm.. we were told an hour wait, witch is fine. I called them after an hour and half and asked what was going on, and they said they were short drivers, our pizza was done. Called to see if we could pick it up to make things easier, but they said “pickup was closed”. Very rude and unprofessional. Called back at 2am before they closed to find out that they canceled my order without telling me, for a reason that wasn’t even valid. I’m sorry, I get we all get busy but please don’t take it out on your customers

Don’t waste your time on this place if you are ordering around a dinner time. Our first experience was okay, and delivery was fast. But, today we ordered via online at 5:30pm and didn’t get the pizza until 7:30pm. Surprisingly, the pizza was ready for delivery around 6pm. I still don’t understand what happened for 1 1/2 hours. Just make sure to order a delivery via DoorDash or UberEats which at least you get an estimated delivery time and the availability of drivers.

App kinda sucks no place to add e tfas of anything. And out of three boxes of food ordered only 1 pepper in entire order and of course there’s not 1 way to contact anybody in the store. Very disappointed. And all the toppings are in the center of the pizza wyf

If I could give zero stars I would. Pick up order was wrong they apparently lost my order so I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for my pizza while I watched employees slide around on the floor because of the amount of flour everywhere. Employees and managers did not care for my order and we very unhygienic. They did not ever wash their hands nor do they wear gloves when they make your pizza. That’s just disgusting no cleanliness or good customer service at all.

We haven’t been here in almost four years. My go to was Pizza Hut. When they introduced their stuffed crust pizza we had to try it. So good!! We’ve had it three times now and it hasn’t disappointed us. Much better than the Hut. Manager Josh seems to care about his customers. We will be eating here again!!

A lot of times they only honor the pizza specials online and several times I have tried getting online to work and it does not. Therefore, I call but they will then not deliver due to the problems if the specials online and they make you do carryout. Inconvenient when I want to stay home.
