Honestly if I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The experience we had last night was unbelievably terrible. I placed an order for a pizza and some wings at 7 PM last night…….and when the delivery finally showed up, first off it was a DoorDash driver, not even Papa John’s, and second they showed up at about a quarter to 9 PM…..almost 2 hours after i placed my order. Not only that, they brought be the wrong order completely. The driver said they had to go back up and pick up my correct order, so now it was going to take like another 20 to 30 minutes to recieve my order. I called the store to ask what was going on and everyhting and to ask why there were so many mistakes and all the employee said, with a rude attitude may I say, was “There’s nothing i can do about it”. This is terrible customer service and is going to keep me away from here in the future. Next time I want to order a pizza, I’ll keep Domino’s in mind instead, and everyone else should too.

Ordered on Saturday at 5pm. Build your own thin crust. One hour later pizza arrived- wrong toppings thick crust. I called right away and said been given wrong pizza. After a little arguing they agreed to remake pizza. Tried blaming new cook staff.

Horrible business. Today’s business doesn’t care about the franchise’s reputation because regardless of the service, we, the customer, still spend our money on them. This store doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. If you want good food and respect, go somewhere else. Every word they tell you is half a lies. They will mark your delivery as delivered even when they never attempted the delivery, hoping you will not catch it. Very careful

First time having a really bad experience here. Pizza Completly wrong, twice. Then to top it off, employee mad at me, told me it was my problem, I did it wrong, she spoke to me about the order and confirmed it and I told her yes, we did verbally talk about the order and you still made it wrong, she hung up.

Super rude delivery driver. I ordered a pizza using papa points and literally the last $5 I had to my name because this pizza was breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my son and I, until my check on Friday. I already felt horrible for not being able to tip but my son was hungry and we literally have nothing and no car. When the delivery drive dropped off my order she berated me for not tipping until I cried. 10/10 worst experience especially for someone with anxiety already.

i had made an honest mistake with a coupon and was unable to pay for the pizza i had ordered. yes, this part was my fault, i am aware, but there was absolutely no feasible reason for the MANAGER of all people to immediately get an attitude with me over the simple question of whether or not it was possible for me to place a new order for the correct pizza. sent me away empty handed to find something else to feed my younger siblings. inflexible, unwilling to listen, and overall rude environment. i have never had an issue with a papa john’s before this location, so while the company itself is perfectly alright, steer well clear of this particular locarion.

Delivery time showed it was 2 hours after I completed my order, so we went & got it. They wouldn’t credit back my tip for “driver” which was messed up. But we able to credit back my delivery fee. Odd, right?
