Just ordered the large Super Hawaiian Pizza! The website states “This super delicious pizza is loaded with sweet, juicy pineapple tidbits” that would of been great. Out of 8 slices three didn’t have pineapple on them the best slice I saved for last with 6 pieces of pineapple. I counted 20 pieces of pineapple on the pizza… might seem like loaded that is not even close…

Pizza looks and tastes nothing like their menu. Our pizza was missing 1/2 the cheese and had garlic knot sauce spilled all over pizza and box. Was told I would get a credit. When called to try pizza for a second time was denied credit cause manager forgot to credit account. Do not order pizza from here. You had one job and you can’t even make a pizza. Worst pizza ever and customer service.

What can I say it’s Pappa Johns, the sauce is too sweet (they use a lot of sugar or corn syrup in it) the crust is palatable, in a pinch it will do if you are drinking all night anything tastes good , but sorry PJ I’m a New Yorker this is not great pizza. No offense. If you like sweet tomato sauce it’s great. Also $15 for a large pizza with extra cheese that was not a large pie, but hey it’s a democracy right? If people will pay, nothing wrong with that. Sorry I really don’t like the food here it’s the third time buying Pjs In the past 25 years definitely not for me. Someone else wanted it.

Do NOT order from this or other Papa Johns. Order from local company. I ordered online pizza with 3 addl items. I paid for addl items and pizza came without those PAID for items. Call and speak to Mgr. No apology or restitution. Told to take it up with Door Dash. SORRY but the pick up and deliver. NoT make the pizzas… They took order, made pizza and took payment. Thus is your wrong to make right. But they did not. So spread the word…!!! Do not buy food here!!!!

They called and canceled my order literally saying, it “messed them up and would be really hard on them” I could have understood if they were calling to tell me due to being busy there may be an extra wait time etc. But literally just canceled order and said I could reorder in 20 mins. Ordered via DoorDash. Was excited to try stuffed crust from them. It has the feel of a certain competitor’s stuffed crust but it’s not greasy. My dogs were so bummed that I wasn’t sharing the crust! Lol The Cheesesticks were good too. (They are thin breadsticks with cheese on them almost like square pizza without sauce.) Brownies used to be amazing from Papa Johns, now they are just okay and they upset my stomach. I keep ordering them hoping it was a fluke, but nope they just aren’t rivaling Ghirardelli’s brownie mix home baked anymore. Probably cheaper this way for them, but the quality has completely declined in their recipe.
