Ordered pizza and a two liter. The delivery driver forgot the 2 liter, no big deal mistakes happen. To my surprise he came back to the hotel I was staying at with a two liter! It’s not exactly close to the store but the gesture was greatly appreciated. I didn’t expect him to return over pop but he did and I’m thankful!

I wish i had a picture. Ordered a pizza on the way home from traveling for a day. Said short staffed …completely understand 2 hours later went to pick up and thank god i checked…..2 pieces of the pizza were missing. I was told they gave mine away. Ok? The box that was given to me had my name on it. So no one gave it away. Thank god i checked when leaving. What the would a business give a half eaten pizza out. Sorry but i may tell a thousand of my closest friends about this. I have a business never would i let this happen.

I order breadsticks and 2 pizzas, my breadsticks had 10 in it but 2 of them were little stubs, one pizza wasnt cut completely, and the other was undercooked in the center so it stuck to the box. They get 2 stars because of the Fast delivery but poor service when it comes to the food. They don’t need to rush. I’d rather it be cooked all the way.

I ordered a pizza about a month ago and was given the wrong one. Disappointing for sure but these things happen. The major issue here however is that I was called right after leaving the store by the manager on duty who stated they had given me the wrong pizza, and would put a credit for a free pizza for me in their system. When I went in today to redeem my free pizza the manager on duty told me there was no notation at all about a free pizza, essentially calling me a liar and telling me to get lost. The management of this location is dishonest and unethical. Also, when you call the stores direct number it routes you to a call center in India. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

We ordered our pizza and they said it would be delivered in an hour. After waiting an hour and 40 mins we called and it they said they delivered it. We never got our order and they couldn’t even describe the house they delivered it to. There was no talk about making any of it right. Listening to the lies and excuses was annoying. Zero stars.
