Last time I’m supporting this store. pre-covid, maybe 2018 was the last time we received a good pizza here. We don’t come here often, but I always tip if I personally order, even for pickup, I’m a pretty good person, yet every time besides the first time our pizza and/or bred has been garbage. Take a look at the pictures, you can see where the crust hasn’t risen which is kinda their thing there, it’s like 30% crust, the holes are still present in the crust from the tool. The bread was so hard and not covered, that it might as well be logs. We ended up just tossing it and going out that night. I’m guessing the dough is old or not made right to cause this. I reached out to CS before posting this, but no one ever got back to me. I don’t write negative reviews often, I just don’t write anything, but come on “guys” this was awful, you’d be angry if the roles were reversed.

I ordered over the phone, DoorDash delivered it and when I called the shop to tell them the manager was a complete A-hole about the whole situation, told me they never had an order with my name. Pizza was under cooked, bread looked like my delivery driver was tossing the box around his car, complete mess. Manager is a piece of work, will never order here again.

Worst customer service. Manager was very rude to me and has zero customer empathy. My pizza was missing from my delivery, and instead of offering to help, this person told me “I’m not trying to get anyone fired here…” completely missing the point that I don’t have a pizza (dinner for my kids) that I paid for. What a racket.

Absolutely ridiculous. Went through the online ordering and tried picking up our food at 9pm on a Saturday, and when I walked up to the door they came out and said all orders were cancelled and they were closed. They don’t even let you know they were closing or any explanation why they were closing an hour early? They also still allow the option to order online.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some sides online at 8:12 PM today (2/23/2020)… called after 70 minutes to check on the eta of the order and was informed that the order had not been processed. So I re-ordered over the phone and was told “40 minutes”.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and a side of garlic knots for takeout. One of the pizzas was the spinach and tomato, but I received a veggie pizza instead. It was very disappointing, since I don’t like mushrooms or banana peppers. I called the store and spoke with a team member. He offered to remake the pizza to correct the error and said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. True to his word, the pizza was ready when my boyfriend arrived to pick it up, and he brought me home a perfectly cooked, hot and cheesy, spinach and tomato pizza. They even remembered to put on the onions I added to my original order. Thank you for correcting this so quickly – that pizza was amazing and delicious, and truly made my day! I appreciate you making it right, and will absolutely order again from your store!
