They are a step up from Little Caesars and I’d say they make a decent pizza. Certainly not one of my favorites in town but I do like the fact that you can place your order online. There are about 4 or 5 others I would order from first and I was not a fan of their bread. Anyways just my opinion.

I grew up eating Papa John’s and it always so good, so when came to my city I was super excited. That was squashed once I ordered from there several times. The quality of the pizza has diminished drastically over these past years. Sadly, we will not order from them again.

I’m a long haul trucker. On Sunday, Jan 31, 2021, My truck broke down between Exit 10 and 11 on i75 NB. I ran out of food. UberEats was down due to Pandemic. I called all restaurants and pizza shops near Monroe, MI. They all refused to deliver to a rest area on an Interstate except Papa John’s Pizza. Delivery driver was courteous. Next day (Today) I’m at Kenworth Toledo. I ordered from PizzaHut on Summit St in Toledo. To be honest, Pizza Hut tasted much better, had more toppings on. That being said, I can’t thank Papa John enough for bringing food when I was starving to death. Also, the lady on phone was very polite, courteous and understanding. I don’t know how I would’ve stayed hungry all night. If I’m too hungry for long, I get really dizzy and faint. Thank you Papa John for great customer service and helping me when I needed the most. I’d love to visit your restaurant and even make donations gladly.

Ordered two pizzas, one of whichever arrived with ALL toppings out of place, when I called the store to let them know… I was told that I probably moved the toppings myself, and was met with such bad attitude that I actually got mad, horrendous manager on duty, and we are stuck with a pizza with toppings everywhere but on the pizza.. will not be ordering from this papajohns again.. very unsatisfied.

Attempted to place an order over the phone, citing a deal on their own website and was told that it was an online deal only. I asked what deals they actually do offer and was told the only deal they have is a large 2-topping for $15. What a joke. Surprised they’re still in business.

The chicken wings were cold and dry from being reheated or stored in the oven all day. The skin was rubbery and looked burnt. It tasted even worse. The pizza, ordered with double cheese, had hardly enough cheese and tasted terriable. I spent almost $50 for food no one would eat. What a waste of money. Never again, uck!

Back at papa johns again. DO NOT ORDER OFF THERE APP OR THINK THAT THE TIME THEY TELL YOU IS S TRUE. ITS NOT. We order off Dimano’s app when i am at my boyfriends house and there is accurate…they didnt make it right! I think i will get pizza somewhere else for awhile.

Over an hour on delivery. Call the store, to be placed on hold to only then be told that the driver just left and it will be another 10 to 15 mins but they want to comp me 1 large pizza 1 topping for next time..next, there wont be a next time. This is ridiculous service. Ill stick with Buscemis….pizza showed up and the order is wrong.
