Placed a carryout order. Girl on the phone was rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience to be calling. Aside from service, ordered a Philly steak pizza, Alfredo pizza and cheesebread. Philly steak pizza lacked toppings. Already pizza was okay. Cheese bread was decent. Star of the show was the garlic sauce.

This place is usually pretty good and consistent but they have recently changed either their recipe or their supplier for their boneless wings. The new version of the boneless wings are far too grainy and over seasoned. The quality has gone down as well. Of the last two times I have ordered the boneless wings, both times there were pieces of bone still in the wings.

There is no better chain pizza that I know of in metro lest you consider Tomatoes Apizza a chain. Sure you might find a single Hungry Howie that does a fantastic job but then fall short at all the other locations. Papa John’s must have a great top down attitude because it filters through perfectly to the customer.

We talked to the team here about a week ago to see if they could do a huge order for our daughter’s first birthday. They were so helpful and amazing to work with . They did a fantastic job with getting the order for pizza and cheese bread to the house . The deliver driver, even helped set up the pizza and cheese bread. Highly recommend to all future events for anyone .

Always a great experience for pizza. Order by phone ir app the staff always looking out. One time the app was off on delivery time due to a staffing issue store called to let me know when they could have just delivered late. Food always fresh and pickup always ready on time. Never had undercooked or not cooked properly food which I have had at other places. Staff always in an upbeat mood and happy to help. This is my pizza spot when needing a reliable pickup for the family.
