Not like how it use to be.. Bread sticks were still doughy and hardly could taste anything but bread when came to the pizza.. Had to go through third party and got my order messed up..

Terre haute in I decided to have the pizza delivered and since they use door dash pizza was delivered to the north end of town the address says south this is a known issue for over 1 year why I stopped getting delivery been about 6 months but figured I would try it again and nope no luck still messed up I called the store because it would probably be cold when it gets here they told me would be another 45m to 1hr. Since this is a known issue for over 6 month and doesn’t seam like papa John’s wants to fix the issue

Food cold and have to reheat. Drinks are warmer than food. Will never order from here again. If it’s going to take 1.5 hours for delivery then don’t put in oven right when you get the order and let it sit for an hour before it’s delivered. Watched the app the whole time. Just horrible and disgraceful!

Pizza is way too thin… i give them this it was hot. I didnt appreciate the rude service and when I asked for a new pizzas they were very very very rude about it. If I could give this 0 stars I would. But I could hold a piece of paper up to it and the paper was thicker than the pizza. Could’ve been the type of pizza I ordered but I was still upset that my pizza was super thin. It didnt fill anyone up

Wabash location is just not like south us 41 location pizza didn’t look done and wings were over sauced, papa bowl was skimpy, and it just wasn’t the usual Papa John’s standard.

We always order here for our pizza but we just got our food delivered today and it wasn’t up to usual standards. This pizza was so oily and it had made my stuffed crust gross and the whole pizza was soggy. It was leaking through the box and off the pizza. You couldn’t even pick the pepperoni off and nibble on that cuz the taste of all the grease caused your stomach to hurt after a few. There is some pepperoni’s missing and one bite of the pizza and it will be going in the garbage. Not pleased with this experience at all.
