I worked here as a delivery driver. They charge each customer $5 for delivery charge. That money does not go to the driver, the company keeps it. They paid me $6.50 an hour in 2022. I would get frequent deliveries to Patoka and Toyota. I wouldn’t get tipped, so after gas I was making about $1.50hr.

Ordered a double beef, mushroo, onion, and bell pepper at the store and waited 45min and they asked me if I ordered the double beef. I said yes. Got it home and it had black olives, beef, pepperoni, and not what I gave a lot of money for! WS not happy. Hate pepperoni!

Part 2. I called the order in to the local Papa Johns. They told me 20-30 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after I ordered and they told me another 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I walk out with my food. I get home and the order is wrong. I ordered a pizza, Papa bowl, and a papadia. Didn’t get the pizza. I went back to the store and the lady said please don’t slam the box down. I didn’t slam anything down. Pizza was given to someone else and now I am waiting an additional 20 plus minutes for my order. Whoever owns the franchise good luck to you. Remember under promise and over deliver….not the other way around. Train your employees not to be rude.

Check and double check your order when you order on line. The app changed 2 of my pizzas. When I called to explain, I received a “ not my problem “ attitude. Said it wasn’t her mistake( which it wasn’t but it was papa johns error. Sadly this attitude is why we will take our business elsewhere.

To the right of the employee is a package of boxes sitting on the floor. Pizza boxes. This is after I told them the boxes are not supposed to touch the floor. I dont want my pizza coming to me from boxes that were touching the floor!

Order a Pepperoni Stuffed Crust pizza and it took 40 minutes to get a “order out for delivery” notification. 30 minutes later my pizza arrived. So 1 hour 10 minutes for a single pizza. Worst service I’ve ever got from this location.

I love Papa John’s and this is a good one. Always fresh and always fast. The staff is friendly. Last time I went here, I had my two year old and had to carry him back to the car and one of the staff was nice enough to help me carry my pizza to my car. Easily my favorite chain pizza place in town. 😉
