We waited inside for carryout to take back to our hotel room up the street (Holiday Inn). The employees were nice, one kept up a conversation with my 9 year old, which was nice and helped the time pass. The food was obviously hot when we got it. We got what we ordered. We have no complaints and would recommend!

The main reason for the 4 stars. The last time I was there, after ordering my food, they said it would only take 15 minutes. But soon after, the cook ran over to take an order. Which was fine, but the manager could have finished my order or took the cashier order. Instead, just started to talk about how she could save him $2 on large pizzas for a party. Mean while my food is just collecting flies. So they need to focus on how to finish orders more then talking on how they can lave a couple bucks.

I only order takeout from the app and I have never had a problem. Food is always cooked well and delicious. And any extras such as red pepper flakes or seasoning etc I always get. One time they forgot to add the pepper but it’s okay. When you order online you’re going to get your food within 15-20 minutes.

the new general manager, Mandy Montezuma, is kind of rude and fires employees for unfair reasons and has a really bad attitude towards them. the place seems to have gone downhill in general recently from what I’ve seen when ordering from there and honestly I’m wondering if this new manager has something to do with that? it’s hard to run a business when you treat your employees poorly. how can you expect your team to wanna come in and give 100% of their effort when you’re not nice to them? ♀️ anyway, I won’t be ordering from here anymore. it doesn’t sit right with me to support someone who I know is unkind to their employees. (i haven’t worked here but I’ve been ordering from here for a long time and noticed a negative change recently and also know people who work here and know how she treats some of them. so this is my perspective and opinion as a former customer)

I ordered a xlarge shaq pizza. They told me 26 min. A hour and 20 min i get my pizza. It was barely lukewarm. By the 2nd piece it was cold and chewy. I got a-half hearted apology from the manager and a story about another customer not answering the call when the driver was at the apt building. So what the driver made everyone elses orders cold to try and serve 1 person. No offer to replace or discount. Just a well it happens kind of attitude.
