This is the second time I ordered from them spent about 80$. A little disappointed this time. I ordered pineapple and ham pizza light sauce and didn’t really get toppings but got plenty of sauce. They called before they brought the pizza to tell me that my address didn’t exist. The went on to tell me that’s not were I live even after telling him my address and the front of house is on Google maps. He still stated I was wrong and said he will have the driver call me when they get on main St. Overall disappointed in this order could’ve been a lot better from the food to basic common sense. Below is the picture that’s supposed to be pineapple, Canadian bacon, light sauce & stuffed crust.

I placed an online order and it was gonna be ready at 6pm. Papa John’s cooked it at 5:30pm and it was ready at 5:40pm. My food was cold when I was there to pick it up. Disappointed.

The pizza I received was disappointing. Cardboard crust, acidic salty sauce, Stingy toppings. First and last order from here. $36, including tip and delivery. Shaq needs to come by here and fix this place.

We called in an order to pickup but my food was not made the way we requested. As we go in and attempt to pay we go through a whole situation with the way the card reader works. Maybe this is a Washington, Indiana thing since this is the 2nd restaurant in a row that we struggled with. I wanted to pay with my debit card but after it declining my card the cashier then says there has been an issue with the card reader. He showed me the declined receipt but would not give me a copy so I took a picture of it & paid with cash. I didnt realize my food was not made properly until after we already left so Going back was not an option

I ordered delivery. I watched the make it cook it and prepare. It started I stayed on prepare over 30 minutes. Out for delivery even longer so I called and demanded my money back. I’ll order elsewhere. Driver missed a good tip as well for taking so long. I didn’t get pizza because I like knowing it’s hot. No way over an he from cooking to saying out for delivery would produce me a fresh and hot pizza. Good luck Washington Indiana. I won’t order from Papa John’s again

Washington, Indiana is notorious for its terrible chain restaurants. This Papa John’s is not different. The pizza is rarely cut evenly or all the way through. The dough has been raw on occasions, and there is hardly any toppings.

Everytime i order from here something is incorrect with my order. When i called about my order the phone girl was passive aggressive towards me. I was not loud or rude to her in any way. Apparently she thought she should be loud,condescending and passive aggressive towards me.They are super fast But quality and order accuracy and manners are lacking at this location. I won’t be ordering again. Im tired of being disappointed after spending quite a bit and tipping well. I’ll order somewhere else. Hopefully the franchise cares , the staff certainly does not. Update I found out the same girl who treated me so poorly ,Who’s name is Kelly also is the driver that night who received a generous 16$ tip from me. She didn’t deserve that tip after all, my generosity and kindness was repaid with animosity! She should be reprimanded.

This restaurant stole my money and wont refund it. I have proof that they charged one of my cards and also a second card I have and I received no pizza and have not gotten my money back. This store lied to me and told me they are privately owned when they are not and refused to let me speak to a general manager. Corporate is barely any help as well. So guess the only way to receive your money back which in total was 64 dollars is to sue. Will never order pizza from papa John’s again and neither will any of my family or friends

Disappointed they didn’t think they were getting a tip so it took over an hour to get my pizza it was burnt and chewing. Next time I will leave 2$ tip and keep the 10$ cash.
