Tonight I ordered delivery. Delivery was good until i got the pizza. Both pizzas were undercooked and still doughie. When calling I was told this was impossible was not offered an apologize or my money back or another pizza.

Man why didn’t I look at reviews before we ordered last nite, we stopped eating at poppa John’s for years after Owner racist comments, but before that poppa John’s sauce was delicious and always perfect amount of cheese, last nite my husband went to pick up a Supreme and a pepperoni pizza, we only live 6minutes away and they said 20 minutes, my husband brought home the Pizzas I must say I was so disappointed not enough sauce or cheese I’m like where’s the cheese..won’t be going back little Ceasars has the Best Pepperoni Pizza s that’s what I wanted in the first place! We ordered 2 medium specialty pizza at about 5:55pm. They said it would be 30-35 minutes. I show up at the store just before 6:30. Said it would be 15 minutes. They said they would bring them out when they were ready. I thought my wife had paid for them over the phone. So at 6:45 when they came out with no pizzas and said I owed them $36 I was a little surprised. I gave her my credit card and paid the bill. Finally at 7:17 they brought my pizzas out. Not sure what happened but that kinda service don’t bring the customers back.

If you can avoid this location, please do! Customer service is horrible, and the cinnamon dessert seemed like it had sat under a heat lamp for days. It was so hard we had to use a knife to try and get a piece apart. Rather than have it delivered from this location, I’ll drive to Mayflower to pick up next time. Very different experience! Mayflower team, please show your fellow Portage location how it’s done!

Mediocre at best. Ordered today for lunch after shopping so we wouldn’t have to cook when we got home. Many areas of the pizza had no cheese covering the sauce. Not terrible but whoever made it you could tell they couldn’t have cared less.

Only store that delivers in my area and then is only open according to their website between 4-8pm but online ordering can only start after 5pm. Just a joke tbh and the more restaurants do this kind of stuff post covid I’ve ultimately stopped going to because no one has time to guess if a business might be open or what their hours are. Such a shame used to order here for years.

So I ordered a pizza online at 1120am, Delivery time said 25-35 mins as my place is roughly a 5 min drive from the store. 45 minutes go by so I decided to call. I get forwarded to a looping message about someone will be with me shortly. While still on the phone, I drive to the place. The guy at the counter says its already on its way, which I replied that its been on the way for 30 min according to the tracker. He also said that he changed the wait time this morning to 60-90 minutes. He also said that the phones have not rang and I showed him that I was still on hold on my phone. He said he didn’t know what to tell me. As I sit here now, it’s been almost 90 minutes and still no pizza. So either the people working there have a lack of training or are incompetent.
