The person taking my order at the counter was rude, and the prices are outrageous unless you order online. When I asked if they could just match the online order price, the reply was an annoyed “No” and then the person just stared at me like I was an idiot for even asking. There’s no chance I’ll ever go back to this Papa John’s location, or any other for that matter given their refusal to provide fair pricing and service for walk-in customers.

EDIT: so im not sure what’s going on with this location like they totally disregard what people order or what. Ordered stuff crust pizza with sausage..I instead get a regular (no stuffed crust) pizza with no sausage at all even the ticket on the box said what I was supposed to have…I get mistakes happen but I think this location is jus lacking….moved down to 1 star

Got there to pick up my order for them to tell me they don’t have anything for me. I called and checked the status on my order and it said ready for pickup in front of the store worker and still didn’t get anywhere. Lack of customer service with no apology whatsoever. A joke!

A few nights ago, I put in a delivery order through the app at 3 pm to be delivered at 6 pm. At the time, everything was good, there were no issues. 6 pm came around, and there was still no pizza. So I opened the app to see if I maybe set it for the wrong time, but it kept saying that it couldn’t find my location or something, so I assumed the app was broken. So I went to the website and logged in, to see that there was apparently no location close enough to deliver. This would’ve been fine, except they already took the money from my account. So, from 6:15 to approx. 6:30, I called the location a few times, and was on hold for most of the time. I finally got through and talked to the manager, and explained the situation. She informed me that it was just then being sent out. So I hung up, and waited for my pizza. It finally arrived at 7 pm, an hour after I had set it to be delivered. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because my order still arrived hot, and tasted pretty decent.
