I have never been to the store but your delivery is bad I order a pizza on line an I called in because I wanted it delivered at 6 pm an at 7 pm still no pizza I called the manager I talked to said she would make sure that the 28.73 that was my order would not be charge to my bank card but it was an then she charged12.85 for the other pizza that I got that was raw dough an made my husband sick so my husband said it maybe a long time before we get another pizza from you guys unless you get everything straight with my bank card

Proving once again, not too greasy of a pizza is good enough to be one of the better pizzas and options from the fast food restaurants. If you don’t want to pay through the nose for hometown grass-fed handmade ingredients, then this is pretty much your main option. I’ll take it every time. Thanks! Sad dad diaries over and out.

Called to order at 9:20pm, store hours say 10pm close. After 13 minutes on the phone, repeating my order MULTIPLE times he finally goes to finalize it. He then proceeds to say “oh they are closed”. Maybe if you didn’t take so long entering a special, and have me repeat it multiple times you would’ve been opened. Seems like you call a “local number” it’s routed to a call center because he wasn’t anywhere around here. Never using papa John’s again, don’t waste your time.

So I ordered a pizza through online and I selected delivery well some how it became a carryout order i called the store and talked to the new General manager Danielle and oh my God excellent customer service she helped me change it back to a delivery order and said she was going to have the food remade because it had sat for awhile. I see a huge change in the store with customer service quality and phone service no more long waits with that prompt you have selections now and people who care about your order 5 stars all the way around !!!!!

Pizza was cold, crust was hard, too much sauce. Every thing kept sliding off when you took a bite. I ordered pepperoni, mushrooms & onions. All the toppings were placed in a small circle near the center. Nothing but sauce & a little cheese from mid pizza to the crust. Worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from Papa Johns.

Of all the commercial pizza places around me (there are currently 4) the staff here do the best job. Clean store, friendly and quick on the phones and register, and they always put out a decent product. My favorite is that they don’t just throw my food together, never sloppy or burnt or cut foolishly because of laziness.

Ordered pizza and cheese sticks… pizza came, no cheese sticks. All my daughter wanted was cheese sticks. They just wanted to give me credit (because I already paid), no apology, no offer to replace it immediately. .. Just F you was all I got… I will not be ordering from them ever again.
