I stay at a hotel many times, and it’s usually the same one. It’s a safe one too, but for some reason the drivers don’t want to deliver the pizza to the door, they are too.lazy so I have to meet them in the lobby. I tip them for door delivery. So I guess I won’t tip them anymore and I’ll just get it in the lobby from now. Good, it’ll save me money.

I usually love their pizza, but for Halloween we had all our family come over to trick our treat then have our traditional pizza party after. We called in at 1 for our pizza to get here at 7:30. We were left on hold for a long time and our family all left. We spent a lot of money on this pizza and they told us at the time we were supposed to have our pizza that they were in their way. It came 20 minuets late and everyone was upset we couldn’t find out what was happening. Called for a manager and never got to the other side.It was not the drivers fault at all. He was completely understanding and saying how they can only deliver two orders at a time.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We were skeptical to try this location based on the reviews but so happy we did. We had the pizza three times before leaving a review & all three times the pizza & service were outstanding! Order was correct & pizza was hot and delicious! The staff was very friendly and prompt.

Papa John’s has really stepped up their game. I ordered pizza for a New Year’s Eve party from a different pizza place, but the food arrived late, stone cold, and incorrect. So I quickly ordered from here, as they were open and nearby.

I gave this Papa Johns a 5 start rating not for the food but for the customer service, specifically for a woman named Jasmine. There was a mishap with some papa johns call center when I ordered that lead to my order being placed for 11am the next day instead of being placed for the night I called, and jasmine was wonderfully kind and personable and completely understood my frustration and immediately solved the issue. So really this review isn’t for papa johns at all it’s for Jasmine but she doesn’t have her own website to review lol. 5 stars for jasmine

Had a weird experience picking up an order here. The order was a pizza, some wings and garlic knots. I received the pizza, and the cashier just walked away and didn’t say anything. I assumed they were still working on the other stuff, but after about ten minutes, I realized the guy who handed it to me didn’t even realize I was still there. I got him to come back, explained that the order wasn’t complete, he looked at the receipt and walked off. More piddling around, and I began to think about leaving the pizza on the counter and dropping the order. Eventually another employee comes over to help him figure it out. He hands me the wings and knots, and tries to give me another pizza with the order, I guess because he can’t remember passing me one a few minutes earlier.

It’s my first time here. The pizzas come out a bit larger than the inch-size stipulates. The cheese sticks are not really “cheese”; it’s pizza dough with extra cheese on it. Make sure you are clear to the associate as to what it is you want; our order did not come out the way we stated it. However, the pizza itself was tastey!
