Ordered pizza that never arrived. I called to let them know I hadn’t received it and I was told to call back 5 minutes later. When I called back it went to the automated voice telling me the store was closed. I had to call customer service and submit a request for a refund. I won’t even get a call back for 48 hours. If you live on the Southside of Indy I suggest Domino’s. They at least deliver your food and don’t steal your money.

Ordered sausage pepperoni 6 cheese pizza and bacon cheesesticks. The pizza I received barely had any cheese and got plain breadsticks instead of bacon cheesesticks. Called several times. Kept being put on hold and hung up on. My wife called and was told we’d get a refund twice. We agreed and they changed it to half off our next order. What next order? I never received the first one.

Spent a lot extra to make sure we got extra peppercinnis and extra garlic sauce, tell me why with both of our pizza’s we only got 1 pepper and cup of sauce. When calling to ask if we can fix this i was completely blown off by whoever i was talking to, put on hold in the middle of my sentence, and then the call was mysteriously disconnected. I understand mistake happens, items are forgotten but to be ignored and hung up on. I didnt deserve that.

I like Papa John’s, this location is terrible. Sent 2 pizzas instead of the 5 in the party pack. Next time my pizza was clearly dropped and someone ate the pepper leaving the top in the box.

Well first of all I ordered online and chose to have it brought out to my car. The reason being I am a diabetic and I have severe neuropathy in my feet so it is very hard for me to walk sometimes. This was one of those times. I called when I got there and told them I was there and was rudely told that I didn’t choose the bring it to your car option and I was to get out of my car and come and get it myself. So I did even though it was very hard for me. Then I got it home and the pizza was ice cold. I had to warm it up before I could eat it. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Way behind on a Friday night with only a handful of customers. I’ve ordered here numerous times and it’s just gotten worse. I get extra cheese each time and there’s always just the regular amount. Once there was actually extra cheese, but only once.

I recommend picking up your order to be sure it’s all good. Delivery sometimes gets your order wrong. When I pick it up, I usually don’t have any problems.
